Retractable ear buds are amazing. This blue tooth headset is great for listening to anything while exercising. But if you need a good microphone for phone calls, keep looking. This won't be a good purchase. Also, if your neck is too thick, this can get uncomfortable.

Thankfully a product service program is available because from my personal experience of purchasing numerous Bluetooth, is that they are not made to last long (initially all is well until it isn’t). I suspect no exceptions in this particular one; time will tell.

I used to walk around with my cellphone up to my ear while waiting "on hold". Now I can do something else instead of just wasting my time waiting to talk to whoever I'm calling. And the tone of the person's voice on the other end is easy to listen to. Good stuff.

In less than a year the right earbud stopped working. I contacted the warranty department which was an easy process and sent the headset back for repair. Less than 6 months after receiving them back the right earbud stopped working again.

Could be a bit better with improved noise cancellation

There is a problem with the design and regular use causes the wires to give out causing one or both sides to no longer work. Beat Buy no longer gives Warren on these because to many returned for replacement and becoming cost inefficient!

I bought these headphones due to lg hbs-810 not in stock, and had to settle for this lg hbs-80 and it didn't meet my needs as the 810. It had issues pairing with my iphone, constantly disconnecting while my phone was next to me. Not good for working out.

I get complaints from people I'm talking to saying they're having a hard time hearing me. The collar is really small and does not fit great around my neck. I am disappointed in this purchase.

I bought these for my husband who works in construction and wears them under his welding hood. He mentioned the wire should be thicker.. and the sound quality isn’t all that great. They could use more bass and they aren’t that durable.
