I had another head set but, they could not take the moisture while I was working out hard. This set worked so well that I bought anther for my wife to use while training for her half marathon.

More expensive doesnt mean better. To Constrictive around my neck and not all that great sound. Went with cheaper model way better sound and fit.

Great quality and I really enjoyed the use I have had so far but the wire to the earbuds is too fragile for long term use. Hearing is bad over time due to constant pulling of retractable cord.

Because my ears are small. Its difficult for me to keep the buds in place no matter what size the buds are. Just a little aggravating when working out.

THE FIT IS GOOD, THE EAR BUDS ARE OK, IT WORKS WELL INSDE BUT AS SOON AS I STEP OUTSIDE THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END CAN"T HEAR ME. THE PRICE COULD BE CHEAPER BECAUSE THE QUALITY IS NOT AS GOOD

I tried 3 or 4 different headsets before buying this set again. My first set didn't last too long and the warranty is awful so this time I did the Best Buy plan so they are covered for 2 years.

These work good if you use them for a few hours. If you work outside and sweat they don't seem to work to good. The battery on mine never holds a charge for to long so I'm taking them back.

I bought one for my husband and gave it to him on his bday. He loves it and told me to get one for my son in law in Xmas. He loves it too. Now waiting for Valentines Day to get mine!

It works about the same as cheaper headsets but I like the retractable option. The Bluetooth is weak like I can't have it in my back pocket and talk if I sit down it disconnects.

The idea of this product is a good one but if you are like me and have a thicker neck it will not work for you. It will feel like a chocker.

I have had this product for a month or so now and I have no issues with it. I can hear people clearly and they can hear me. Its lightweight and I forget that I am wearing it.

They defected because I had a lot of issues with headset, such as connecting, volume, and talking.

I'd like to say I'm very happy with my purchase. A very fair and affordable price especially when compared elsewhere. Not to mention the suggested accessories to go along with it.

For being $130, it is not A get good head set. I had issues with a previous model as well. People have trouble u understanding me. I will probably return for a different brand

I don't like this product at all. The best feature to me is that the earbuds retract. I don't like location for on/button. It doesn't wrap around my neck comfortably. It's too short.It will probably fit a little child's neck better. It always feels like it's about to fall off. I get alot of complaints about my voice fading in and out. The volume for music is good. I would not buy this product again. Other LG's fit better

This head set is excellent. It meets all my needs, from phone calls to music. I wish the bass was a little louder, and the midst a lot clearer, but overall, excellent purchase.

Great earplugs comfortably fit around my neck. Very please with the sound. The color is perfect. Love the things that this Bluetooth can do.

I have been rocking with LG since their first headset with the NONretracible cord. Have loved them. With their great technology, plus Best Buy's two year protection...I LOVE IT.

Good speakers, good mic, but like all Bluetooths of this kind you'll want to get the 15$ 2 year Bestbuy insurance for when a headphone goes out... this is my 4th or 5th set

I was hoping that others could hear me well during a phone call as I drive a Semi, but this device picks up the surrounding noise. I can hear them fine on my end.
