Comfortable, stays on well with activity, good battery duration, good wireless range, pairs quickly. Controls are small and somewhat hard to remember which buttons do what function. Audio quality is adequate, good midrange but closed in and a little lean.

I like the fact that the earbuds are retractable and it's waterproof. The only problem is sometimes I can't be heard. I purchased this product after having another, but this is a thousand times better.

The sound is amazing. Works great with iPhone 6 and 7 plus. This head set will stand against some rain. I got caught in a Texas pop up storm, straight up down pour, there were no issues with the rain.

Purchased these for my self to use while at the gym and for driving I have been very impressed with the comfort and the sound. After a while you forgot they were there, so that counts for something.

I love my Tone Active bluetooth. I wear it when I exercise without any problems. I sweat alot, and that still doesn't affect the sound or quality.

The headset is comfortable & easy to use. It found my phone in a few seconds. Comfortable around my neck & the controls are easy to access. I wish it would announce whom I am calling after using voice to call. Misunderstands what I say half the time.

This LG model gives me Clear crisp sound, and people I speak to state I come through very well. A few times I have not been heard well, I think it may be my jacket or shirt collar that interferes with the mic. Overall I like this LG set.

I thought the LG Tone Active Bluetooth was both an external speaker and had the retractable earbuds. Still am happy with my purchase. They are comfortable and love the water/sweat proof feature.

Before this set, I regularly used the LG Tone Pro headset. They were very light but would regularly fall off my neck at inconvenient times. When one of the earbuds shorted out due to sweat, I invested in these HBS-A80s. While they are heavier than other similar bluetooth headsets, they feel much more solid and stable, especially when I'm active. I also greatly enjoy the water resistance.

I have people tell me that they can't hear me. Especially when I turn my head to the left. I figured out that this is where the mic is located. Anyone with a "thick neck" should not purchase this product. It does work well and keeps a good charge.

These headphones are great for lifting weights and other exercises, they do bounce around a bit much while running however. Sound quality is good for the price and the earbuds fit comfortably.

Bought for my husband who does commercial refrigeration. Great that he can be hands free and water resistant for times caught on the roof in the rain. Only complaint is, muffled when they slide down a bit. Other than that great.

I love these headphones!!! They sound amazing!! I wasn’t to sure about them because I’m very active. But when I’m at them gym sweating they never feel wet. Best headphones I have had.

Although sweat resistant, these do not function at their peak under tough workout conditions. If you want something for every day use or light exercise; walks, leisure biking, yoga, than this product is truly great for your needs.

Haven't found a reason not to like these headphones ... My neck is a little on the big side and it's kinda snug ( most normal sized things are ) but the sound and everything is top notch

It works well, the volume isn't quite as loud as the other models, but for it to be very resistant to sweat and fit for active movements I find that as a fair trade. Well worth it.

I personally have the LG HBS 810, and when my son saw it, he had to have one too. We are good like that !! :-) Anyway, he chose this particular model because of the active lifestyle he has and not been disappointed. To give you an idea of his careful scrutiny, he returned a $200 pair of wireless Beats and favored instead the Insignia $39.95 headset. He said the Insignia was superior in sound quality and cared nothing for the show offy premium priced Beats headset. So ... when he said he liked this LG, it meant it was the best headset he has ever come across, and if if pleased my kid - I think you will be happy too.

I love this headphones. They are great when I’m working out side. Other headphones tend to break down with the sweat, but these guys keep on going no matter what. Weather it was hot or cold the signal is crystal clear!

They never twist, sound quality was really good, only problem was that one earbud might act up so I had to switch them at the store with the warranty. I miss these earbuds, best ones I've had so far.

I have problems keeping ear buds in my ears. This works much better than anything I have used in the past. Have only used it a couple of times but it worked well.
