I've had these headphones for 3 months and the right ear bud started to have issues (static and/or loss of volume). Since it is only one ear bud, and not both, I know that I do not have an issue with the headset connecting to my phone. I was aware of this potential issue, and I personally thought it was well worth buying a protection plan on the headset. Hopefully this doesn't become a constant issue once I have the problem ear bud repaired, or the entire headset replaced. Otherwise, the sound has been good and I use the headset on a very regular basis. No other issues that I've found thus far.

I finally got around to purchasing this bluetooth that my trainer has. I like it for the most part but it does tend to swing around my neck. I find my self constantly readjusting back to the front on my neck.

Awsome sound, you can be 53 feet away from your phone and still talk and listen to your music .. about 14 to 16 hours of battery life. Amd fast to fully recharge.

These fit me well had great sound. My problem was my allergies were affected by these. I would like a little more variable in size they did seem to fit me around my neck but my other half they were too tight

this headset was very comfortable and sound was good but they're more for music than talking people were having a hard time hearing me while connected to an iPhone SE

This was not the item that I was looking for at first, but when I realized that it was an active device I purchased it hoping that it would hold up better than the other ones do in the rain and sweat. And it has.

I used this pair of headphones and was a daily use in Az. Did great until they stopped working but I got a good 12 months of use and then I replace them with beats and worse choice..

The LG Tone Active HBS-A8 Bluetooth Headset is the most comfortable headset I've tried yet and especially convenient on my daily walks. Great sound quality.

Love this Bluetooth headset! Sound is crystal clear, earbuds stay in while working out, and stays charged for a long time. No complaints here!!

This is a good headset that will keep you hands free. It isn't the best for working out because it will fall of if doing situps or benchpress. They are decent for running, and great for just hands free in the car.

I like the sound and bass on these headphones- but the neck Length on these headphones are not for larger people -they keep falling off the upper part of my neck-i have to keep adjusting them around my neck

The headphones work well. Sound quality is decent. Only thing I don't like is they are kinda small. They fit tighter around my neck compared to other headphones.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it! The sound is excellent and the new retractable earbuds are much better than the older style that just hang.

This headset has excellent sound quality for music when I am working out or on a phone call. I would definitely recommend this item because it is very durable.

I've tried many ear buds, but the hbs-a80 is one of the best ones I've own. It sounds great without distortion and wears well in the rain while jogging.

I purchased this item to replace a similar product that had stopped working. I really like the sound quality and how it continues to transmit a clear sound even when I leave my phone several feet away.

I bought these headphones because my other LG Tone headphones right side headphone stopped working and was past the warranty. These are much more sleek and i like how the headphones pulls out to suck it back in(no more button to push to suck the headphone in)!! I only have 2 very small issues that are probably just a pet peeve of mine. First thing is the buttons on the side to change song/volume/ answer calls are pretty close to being flush with the neck wrap. After a while you get use to it but still a little annoying. The last thing is when being active running or working out the "tips" where the headphones are, tend to stick out and i have to readjust them often! Other than that they are great headphones!!

Love this bluetooth, light weight earphone collar. Ear buds retract into the collar when not in use. Great sound. Syncs with our A/V surround system.

The sound was amazing. My phone was easily accessible. I experienced little to no background noise. One side did go out after continuous use for about a year.
