But I had the best buy protection. I got this in July of 2022 so it wasn't that long. Hope this helps someone. Not as loud either but mostly used the plug and play

Sounds Flat and the ANC Doesn't work

Cons: - The Noise Cancelling broke in two of my units and it wasn't very good in the first place. It gave me this strange warbling sound - The custom equalizer has a lower volume than the presets, this is not fixable - The sound is very flat, clear, or studio. I prefer something that sounds good - If your plug and wireless feature doesn't work, factory reset Pros: - The fit is good - They get loud on the presets and handle it well - The plug and wireless feature works well, when it works
