Sound quality is superb, the Harmon/Kardon collab really shines through when making phone calls as the person on the other line will not pick up much background noises or static.
Pairing is easy and the seprate fwd/rwd and volume buttons make the product very useful. Very nice battery life, sometimes my work will require me to work well beyond 14 hours. However, sadly my phone will run out of juice before the earbuds.
The fit and finish is very high with high quality materials. The retractable cords make it impossible for tanglement. However, the flimsy, thin chords are alarming and should be taken to consideration for the clumsy and heavy handed consumers. Price is also a bit high considering how dangerously flimsy the chord is. The range is fair, the audio will cut out around 20-30 yards. Perfect if you have to leave your iphone plugged into a charger all day...
Overall an excellent product and highly recommended by a critical industrial product designer, and music enthusiast.

I use these practically everyday for work, the gym or at home. They have great sound, are easy to operate and hold a charge really well. They are lightweight, comfortable and stay in place even while I'm working out.

This is a great Bluetooth. The sound quality is great and it's comfortable to wear (you don't even notice that you have it on). It's nice that it reads out texts to you so you don't have to look at your phone. The retractable ear buds are nice, unlike the cheaper sets that have the wires hanging out of the sides all of the time. The battery life is great as well. Spend the extra money and get this. You will be glad you did.

I bought so many headsets trying to find the one to rule them all, and this was it. What made it so great was the styling, it seemed the most professional looking and fit best under a collar and the retractable ear gels are not only incredibly functional but actually fun to use. The sound quality is really good, but see my notes below on comparisons:
Vs. Sol Republic Shadow - The Shadow had the best sound quality of all of the headsets, and cool styling, but I found the flexibility to actually be a hindrance. The earbuds, under a shirt collar, could not comfortably reach my ears. The LG has earbuds that are the most comfortable that I have put in my ears and, although the Shadow was superior in sound, the Shadow's earbuds started hurting very quickly. Also, the LG's battery life is ridiculous... I've gone 3 days without even thinking of charging, the Shadow could not match up.
Vs. Samsung Gear Circle
Of all of the headsets, these had the coolest feature of locking the earbuds in a way that looked less cyborg-y. Sound quality was good, though the earbuds were not terribly comfortable. The vibrate function is the best, it feels like a tap compared to the LG's rattle, but in the end the comfort and ability to access Siri much easier on the LG won me over.

After being use to very highend wired headphones I must say that these have found a place in my heart. I use them mostly with the Note 5. Some of the better sound settings are not available from the Note 5 when using these Infinum's, vs using wired beats or other headphone that I own. i get a true days use when I charge the headphones a strong point for these. Sound is well balanced; younger listeners might desire a little more low end, I really appreciate the clarity for calls and music. I did not listen to a wide selection of wireless headphones; I mainly expected great sound because of the harmon karden componets in these. I must say that I have seen these on sale for $99.99 and that is more like a max price if you ask.I wonder what price the holidays will bring; these are worth putting on the gift list for the right price. The design is for adults if you ask me, earphone wires are very thin and might be issue for younger people to say the least, this may be a reason for the price point as well. Note my little children like to get hands on these like a favorite toy when I don't have them around my neck; i keep mines in a high location when not in use. Last I will say I don't leave home without these. How long will they last remains to be determined.

First things first these are great headphones. Along with the rest of lgs hbs series earbud headphones, this design has been the most convenient for me, compared to all othet brands and styles of stereo.Bluetooth headphones.
I have gotten so used to the retractable earbud feature, that I feel uncomfortable answering my phone the old.school way, (putting the phone next to my ear).
I can also.hide them under my.shirt collar whenever i wear one.
Battery life is great and you have a ladies voice telling you , if the battery is low, medium, or hi. (Every time you turn them on)
Conversation is also excellente as people can't ever tell if i'm talking on the headphones or not. They sound great with T-Mobile s, hi def call.
The one and only.complain about these is the music quality isn't as good as advertised. They sound good with music compared to cheaper , brands but definitely not worthy of the Harmon Kardon branding. The previous hbs-750 sounded just as good as these , if not a little better, when listening to music.
Also the earbud cables are so thin, at first i was disappointed at how cheap and light , thin they were. So far they have held up after 6 months of use.
I am pretty active, working, lifting weights, etc. They have held up the a little.carelessness , sweat and daily use.
I woukd definitely recommend these to anyone, and I will.keep.buying them as they have now become a part of my everyday phone use, i.can't even tell they are on me, until a call.comes in

I've had these headphones for a little over 2 months and have used them everyday since. Charging takes around 2 hours and even with everyday use i.e. phone and music, I only have to charge them once a week. Talk quality is great and music quality is better than average. You can really hear tiny nuances in recordings you haven't heard before. Just don't expect them to sound like a premium wired set with eardrum rocking bass. They are light on the neck and can be tucked under a collar for concealment. Download the app for your phone for text message announcements without having to take out your phone. A vibration lets you know when your getting texts and phone calls. Overall highly recommended.

The LG - Tone Infinim Wireless Earbud Headphones are an attractive piece of equipment. They are light weight and hardly noticeable when wearing. The styling and retracting feature is the reason why I purchased the Infinim; also I wanted an updated Bluetooth. The sound quality is very clear, however sometimes for no reason, the music will stop playing. This may be a technical issue with the phone connection, at this point it is unclear. There are times when the retracting feature does not always work on the first try of retracting. A concern is that over time the retracting mechanism may wear out, however time will tell if this is true or not. As an experienced user of The LG - Tone Infinim Wireless Earbud Headphones, know what I know about this item, I would purchased them again.

Pay Attention to setup?!?! What ?!?! lol i know...
I purchased this item and wasn't happy with it at first because the sound was a little week. After searching online (not on best buy site) i found a review and the person said to change the earbuds from small size to medium so they fit snug and comfy in my ear then adjust the Eq on the unit (Hitting a button basically).. BAM! instant sound Improvement. No reason to return them after that..
I have had these for almost 2 months now and use them daily and have not had any issues with earbuds not working or it dropping bluetooth. Has been perfect. Exactly what i was looking for and the harmon kardon sound is good.
I wouldn't recommend them for Exercise unless you have some kind of material to protect them from sweat. Either than that all in all They stay put and sound great.

Great set of earbuds. Excellent wireless range. Easy to connect to my iPhone. The battery charge port is a little small and for my hands a little more difficult to get at but the unit holds a charge for a good long time. Works great when I'm at the gym, walking the dogs, really any time I would wear wired buds. Only down sides are minor. Wearing the ring around your neck can be a little uncomfortable when you are say, at the pool trying to get a tan...that is to say reclining on a lounger and the thing digging into your neck. Also, I would have liked a bit more range in the volume department. Sound quality is good but it doesn't get quite as loud as I would like. Still some of the best wireless buds I've ever found for the money.

My favorite feature is the retractable earbuds. Other features include the wireless bluetooth, the rechargeable battery, the neck wraparound design. I don't feel the earbuds are comfortable enough for me and I ended up returning them for a headphone. These earbuds are light enough to be used at the gym for music or all day to manage calls hands free. I am not a big fan of the voice feedback "ready to pair", "connected" and so on. These are supplemental features but I don't find them very useful, it's just a repetition of obvious stuff.

After replacing numerous wired headphones because of wire shortages, I decided to go with a Bluetooth set.
The audio is clean and solid on these LG Infinims thanks to Harmon Kardon but the bass is not very pronounced.
Whenever I'm on a call however, people state that they can't hear me clearly or I sound far away but background noise comes through loud and clear. After rotating the position of the headphones around my neck call quality improves, maybe because of the position of the mic The retractable earbuds are a great feature.
The're probably better Bluetooth headsets on the market but for the price ( $99 on sale at BB ) it was a good buy.

I purchased these to replace my old LG HBS-730 headset. These took me some time to get used to, but I really love them. While they are not as flexible as I would like, or was used to, I have grown accustomed to the feel of them. They fit comfortably around my next and are very light. The retractable earbuds are awesome. No worries about them getting caught in your clothes or on anything else that could potentially rip them off. Set up was easy and the they sound amazing. No noise interference at all and people can't hear a lot of background noise while I am using them to talk.

Bought this headset to replace my ear bud about a month ago. I've used ear buds for years but will never use one again after using this headset. Battery life is easily 3-4 times longer than an ear bud - I can go a few days between charges with moderate use. These give you the option of listening in both ears which comes in handy in a noisy environment. The sound is clear and adjustable to an uncomfortable level (meaning you can definitely get it adjusted to a loud enough level to clearly hear under just about any conditions). Comfortable to wear and easy use.

I was never a fan of the original LG Tones just because I didn't care for the wires poking out from the sides. Adding the retractable earbuds for the Tone Infinims was the best decision LG could have done. I wear these everywhere now, and they're so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them most of the time. The sound quality is amazing for calls and listening to music, and it pairs with my phone nearly instantly after turning them on. The battery level lasts several days even with heavy use. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about these Tones, and I love them so much I bought my dad a pair for Father's Day, and he loves them as well. Very highly recommended.

I researched quite a few wireless headphone before deciding on the LG Tone Infinim. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Battery life is great. I listen to music all day at work so I charge them every other day so getting right around he 16-17 hours of use before recharge. Range is good. I walk to my supervisor's desk about 3 rows away and still within range. I also use these when mowing the lawn and haven't had to crank the volume all the way up. Sound is good with enough bass and clarity and the earbuds fit comfortably and don't have issues with them falling out. Had these for over a month now and have gotten a ton of use out them and couldn't be happier.

Pros:
Excellent overall sound quality
Retractable earbuds
Good bass
The on-collar(?) controls work nicely and are easily accessible
Great battery life
Useful companion app
Cons:
The companion app, while useful, sucks the battery of my cell phone (Galaxy S4) dry in no time. The app enables a lot of features on the headset, including secondary features for the controls that tell you battery life, time, and reads out texts you receive for you.
