I needed to purchase a pair of headphones to replace the Bose Freestyle set that my kids spilled juice on and broke. I did some research on a replacement set with headset capability as I spent a lot of time on the phone. I also needed to get them imminently because I was about to head out on a cruise. I used them throughout the week on the cruise, they held their charge incredibly well despite heavy usage. I've also been using them for meetings at work, and haven't experienced any issues. My only complaint is the seemingly flimsiness of the cables for the retractable earbuds --- I'm afraid that they're going to break easily. Other than that, I highly recommend this set for anyone wanting bluetooth headphones that double as a very good mobile headset.

I purchased this product because the reviews were relatively good. I am enjoying the product and its features, which work well. My only minor concerns are that, in listening to music (which sounds great!), I sometimes lose the signal for a split second on rare instances. The other concern is the thin wire that includes the ear buds. You press a button to retract the buds and it just feels like that wire can break easily. I actually hold on to the wire as I retract it, so it does so gently. But, overall, I am happy with the purchase - so much so that I bought a second one for my wife, who also enjoys it.

I tried to like it. The sound is very good. Connects easy. Retractable earbuds are a good idea. I just returned them because I am not a fan of anything around my neck.

I have been able to multi-purpose this device to any of my devices. Excellent sound, clarity, and noise reduction. I use them for work with my phone and have had NO problems. The battery life has lasted very well. I would recommend these to any one.

Superb functionality for phone calls or listening to music. Great battery life. Easy to forget you are wearing it. I especially like the retractable ear buds. Easily hides under shirt collar.

I got this as a Christmas/Anniversary present for my husband and he just loved it. The sound quality is good and the fact the earpiece can't get in your way since it's retractable is all the better. Battery life lasts for a long time, too. It's great.

The ability to walk around with either my music or talking with someone with Great sound is always a must. The Infiniti headphones by Tone is well designed and crafted well. I would highly recommend this product.

These work flawlessly! I carry two smartphones, and it stays connected to both at the same time, making answering calls throughout the day painless! great sound quality while playing music, comfortable enough around the neck for all day use.

I've tried a number of Bluetooth headsets in search of perfection and these were quite good at first. Pairing with an iPhone 6s plus. The sound and performance quality started out really good although there is little or no noise suppression. My issues with these began after I'd had them for a month or so. They would just disconnect in the middle of a conversation or when I dialed, the ring tone either didn't come through at all or sounded like it was underwater the first attempt. I have taken them back and gotten a replacement set, hopefully without the same issues. On the positive, when they worked correctly, folks told me the sound was clear and the audio in my ears was really good. They are comfortable in my ears, too.

Purchased this headset after returning 2 pair of the Jaybird bluetooth headsets. They have performed flawlessly. I would recommend getting Comply foam ear pieces to ensure a more secure & comfortable fit. Battery life has been excellent as well.

Keep up the great work new headphones above and beyond love them cannot say enough about them they are way better than the old headphones I have a big Nick so these fit snug now around my neck just keep in mind getting XXXL first big people

I had these headphone for 2 months and they are great to have. Very confortable around the neck and Very long lasting battery. I use it everyday and I charge every 4 days. Thats how good the battery life is. Also great when wearing a suit.

Great quality overall. I love the range, sound quality, and retractable earbuds. This device is heavier and less flexible than its predecessors, which can be inconvenient at times. Other than that, I love it!

Love the product. Great Sound, Excellent Fit. However the wires connected to the ear buds are as thin if not thinner than sewing thread. Have already had to replace one pair due to the flimsy wire breaking

I love this headset! Music sounds outstanding, battery life is good also. I've listened to music all day at work and taken calls and the battery was still good at the end of 10 hrs.

This has to be one of the best headsets on the market. It is lightweight, has great sound for both music and calls, and it is simple to use. These headsets might look weird around your neck, but after a few minutes, you forget its there.

The sound from these headphones is very good. They retain a charge well and are easy to sync. I use them with My smartphone and iPod. My only suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the ear buds.

The LG Tone was recommended to by a sales associate. I needed a product that is easy to use with a long lasting battery life. Followed the directions and connected to phone the sound is crystal clear while listening to calls and music.

It have good soound, and it gives free space to move without worring about the phone. It can be used for two phone at the same time and you can even use it for you mac or laptop

I love these headphones. I've owned several of the less expensive LG earbuds and these are superior in almost every way. The sound quality seems better (although I use them at work in a very noisy environment, so I'm perhaps not the best judge there). The button locations are improved, with slide buttons for the volume control and replay/skip track controls. The part that goes around the neck is more rigid than the previous sets I've owned, and it seems to move around less, even when I'm working with only one earbud in. Best of all, the earbuds are retractable and I don't have to worry about them tangling or with groping around to find them.
