Excellent quality love that the earbuds are retractable great sound

I ruined my last Bluetooth headset by magnets and I went looking to buy the same one because of the quality and I stumbled across this one and I was drawn to it because of the design and the retractable earbud especially working around magnets all day and the sound quality is amazing I wish that Bluetooth had more range but overall this headset is perfect.

Got them for music originally, but use for phone calls while driving , voice activated calling, and-with vibrate option I never miss a call! The retractable ear buds are awesome, push of the button cords disappear . I wear them all the time and don't even know I have them one!

This unit fits all my requirements, unlike the traditional 'stay in the ear' BT headset this one hangs around the neck and the ear pieces retract when not on in use. No more looking like a Cyborg! The vibration alert is ideal when I have the ringer off and the noise cancelling is great in a loud area. The fidelity is fantastic when streaming music.

First one died. But I got another one under warranty with NO problem from BestBuy. I got a 2nd one and have had NO problems. Use it everyday at the gym or when I'm walking, sweat resistant! Only draw back, it pick up EVERYTHING and people complain over back ground noise when used in a crowd or while watching T.V.

Got these for my husband so he can be hands-free while taking business and conference calls. He absolutely loves these!! He was a bit skeptical at first, and thought having something around his neck would bother him, but he says he doesn't even notice it's there, and he loves that the earbuds retract so they are out of the way when he isn't on a call.

I have used these at work and around for the past 2 years. At first I was really worried that the cables connecting the buds would wear out and break down causing the sound to cut in and out. This has NOT happened one bit. I use them about 3 to 4 hours a day at work and they have held up great. No diminished sound quality at all.

This headset it amazing. Amazing sound quality, and very durable.

Having other other lg tones in the past I would have to say this on is my least favorite. It's nice not having wires hanging down all the time. But to me it's not worth the bulkier structure. For me the next one will defenatly be back to the basic model. All in all the whole line of tones are a great product.

I bought these with the intent of wearing them while walking my dog and for hands free in the car. I returned them for a couple reasons. The earplugs pull out from the body and can be retracted when not in use. I felt that the cable was too flimsy for this to be a lasting feature and some other reviews I read had been about one side getting stuck and not retracting and eventually losing sound. The other which was unknown to me at the time is they aren't protected from moisture. So sweat and rain or a splash of water could render them useless. I also hadn't tried using in ear headphones with hands free before and I didn't like my hearing to be muffled from the world around me. Yes you generically should only have one plug in your ear for phone calls and I tried it but it just didn't seem natural. The Bluetooth functionality worked seamlessly with my Galaxy Note 5 and the added ability to skip songs or rewind was an added bonus. With the price match off of Amazon I paid a reasonable $88 but don't think they are worth the full retail price.

Every time my husband discovers another feature on these headphones he's like a little boy with his brand new favorite toy. They work great. Very comfortable to wear. The retracting ear buds are the best idea. Keeps them safe when not using headphones. He has no idea what I payed for them but seeing him enjoy them so much was worth every penny.

Agree with most reviews I read and was recommended by buddy with older version. Pro-easy connect/use with iPhone,great battery life,retractable cords work well Cons-a bit big for my ear hole. I have Klipsch in-ear that are much smaller and more comfortable (but wired) and the headphone can't fold up for storage.

My wife needed to replace her older pair of LG bluetooth headset and after much debate about what to get she chose these and loves them. The old LG's were great, but she likes these more. Button placement, sound quality, and the retractable cords are a great option. I also have a friend that has a pair of these and he loves them as well.
