I really enjoy the responsiveness of this product. The sound quality is really good, and the retractible ear buds is a main reason for purchasing. I like the fact that the ear buds are not constantly hanging and getting tangled when not in use.

This is a great product, amazing sound loved it right up until I wore it outside on a hot day and sweated a lot it stopped working after that but customer service at LG was great and is going to replace it for frer

I really like this LG Tone Infinim Wireless Earbud Headphone for my Husband. He works on a construction site and now his able to hear our conversation very clearly with out the yelling. LoL... my blood pressure has gone down no more yelling.

Use Voice caller ID and you pretty much have everything wireless except for trying to make outgoing calls by voice. I would highly recommend this model due to the retractable ear buds.

This has great sound, especially when paired with my IPhone. The "collar" design directs the Bluetooth radio waves away from the head, although the RF is closer to the thyroid. I wish the earbuds came with a clip to firmly keep them in my ears.

We purchased these headphones as a replacement for the same product that had broken. You don't have to deal with long cords that keep getting tangled with these. The sound is good. Good headphones for the price.

I love the feedback as far as vibration on ring and when out of range, as well as a voice for connecting and battery levels. It hides well under a collared shirt and the main functions are easily controlled from the top. However, these headphones pick up every bit of sound and if I am on a call, the person on the other side can't hear me over all of the noise. The rubber ear buds that come with it are also not very good for blocking out local sound either. Also, if you intend to wear these outside often, get used to the whistling sound the this ear bud wires make. These are great for wearing inside, in low noise environments, I can't imagine them being good for sports activities with them being so clunky on the neck either.

Great product with incredible sound quality. Decided to purchase this due to the fact that I received a citation for using a handheld while driving. Kicking myself for not getting this item sooner. Great product with awesome sound quality.

These have awesome sound quality. With Harmon Kardon speakers, they have some of the best sound quality around. I don't like the thin cord attached to the earbuds. They seem fragile.

I kept getting my wires on my ear buds snagged while at work so I needed together wireless. They are not as loud or and slightly lower on sound quality as my last but overall they are great with a amazing battery.

This is a great product that has crystal clear sound and audio. It has controls that will make the use of the product simply flawless and unbeatable. I highly recommend this Bluetooth headset. I upgraded to this from a lower level LG!!

I purchased this item previously from another vendor and experienced no issues for the first 3 months. After that common issues of ear bud inoperability and on/off switch inoperability started. After research I realized these issues are common. I returned the product and purchased from best buy. Although the product was more expensive at best buy, the geek squad protection makes the purchase worthwhile. Instead of mailing the product in, I can simply take it to a best buy and walk out with and new device. According to the store, they replace in lieu of repairing. This is much more convenient and I'm happy with my new purchase. I also have not experienced issues since the new purchase. Totally pleased. Also, please note that you can price match Amazon if the product is sold and shipped by Amazon.

I love these things. I have 2 of them and will never go back to corded headphones. I only wish the play button on the right side had a little more dexterity. It seems to be the first thing that goes out.

Didn't think I'd be so happy with this purchase. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because the bass/output volume should have been better and the preset equalizer does not provide much improvement.

Bought this wireless headphones when it was on sale on BB. Very nice and easy to set up. I like to retractable earbud feature so it doesn't dangle when I carry them around or wear them around my neck. So far, no problems with this toy

I had the other LG Bluetooth headsets and so far I like this the best so far. I like the retractable cables. The other models had issues with the connection. The range was limited and the connection was problematic with my iPhone in my pocket. So far no problems with the 900 model. The metal band is quite stiff but surprising you will not notice it. I feel asleep with it around my neck and did not realize it was there. The sound is good but not great but what do you want for a Bluetooth headset. No problems with using it for phone calls also.

These are the very best earbuds I've ever owned in my life. I love them and use them everyday. I have no issues with them. The battery life is also awesome! I bought my husband a pair also and he loves them just as much as I do!

The sound and mic seems to work great!!! My only issue at this time is the size. I know it doesn't pertain to all but I have a mans neck and it fits snug which makes it uncomfortable after a while.

Tried other wireless, and sound wasn't loud or clear enough. These I use at the gym full volume, where not too loud but just right and the clarity of the music is best I've heard. The other advantage is the battery life. Seems I go weeks on single charge. That an hour or more a day. No cord to get in your way, great battery life, and sound. Well worth the price.

I was satisfied with this purchased for the first four months that I had them. I was replacing an older model of the LG-750 wireless when I purchased these. The sound went out on the left earbud. Now the exact same thing has happened on this more expensive set. I am extremely cautious with them but had some reservations about the retractable design. The fact that the wires always got tangled in my hair I wanted to try the new feature. I wondered if that wouldn't put extra pressure on the cables as you pull them out each time. Even though I have tried to carefully advance the earbuds out and then pull on the cable itself instead of the earbud alone, I guess it wasn't enough caution. Otherwise I have been pleased with how easily they connect to my iPhone 6s+ and the quality of the sound along with long battery life and quick recharge time.
