This product has been great so far. The sound quality for music is average. My only complaint is the range it has with phone. I have to keep my phone by my side to make sure it stays paired.

Initially, this product seemed like the answer to all my concerns regarding driving and texting and/or talking. However, it was determined that all the features (specifically converting texts to talk and vice versa) are only factory approved to work with Android phones. I would certainly recommend this product to everyone with an Android phone to maximize safety will driving and synchronously talking and/or texting. Also, this device would be useful for iPhone users who do not need the feature that converts texts to audible sound.

This headset is very comfortable and easy to use! The ear bud feature is great for someone who has discomfort with other Bluetooth headsets that wrap around the ear or sit on the ear. I do wish the retractable cords were an inch longer. It's not distracting to use these while driving, you just have to remember where the buttons are. Be aware that they pick up a lot of outside noise as there is no noise cancelling feature. The person on the other end of your call may get annoyed by the background noise. I do recommend a case for transport.

I've had this set for about a month now. Haven't had any problems as of yet. Traded in another pair for this set. The retractable ear pieces comes in handy. Great sound, mic is able to catch my voice without yelling.

Overall the functionalty of this headset is awesome. Love the silver color, and the retractable earbuds are my fav. This one is soooo much better than others on the market. I would definitely recommend it to others!!!

The headphones are awesome. No complaints about the quality. I personally don't like the headphoness around my neck all the time, and I don't like the wires that still hang from your ears.

Replace my old pair of wireless earphones with these, and these are so much more comfortable. I don't even notice I'm wearing them, and I can lean my head back on a pillow or lay on my side without messing them up. Highly recommended, although they are expensive, but sound so good.

avg bass but great mid tones and highs. Sounds better than my cabled Shure set and allows a manual pairing of second phone at the same time. Great for running if u like full isolated sound.

Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is that it will randomly reconnect even though it's been connected so I guess the connection gets lost randomly and it's happened more that once?

I had another product and it broke after just a year. I had seen this particular product and had asked several people their input. I am thankful that I chose this pair. Totally user friendly, sleek, and efficient

These are so easy to use! I bought this product as a gift after I used the same ones and foubd them so easy to set up, understand and operate. I highly recommend these for a quality, hands-free, bluetooth headset!

I always have problems with earsets. Since this is bluetooth I am not dropping my Ipod anymore. The earphone are lightweight around the neck and not obvious like headphone when I am at work. No more dangling earplugs.

I bought it for my husband who is a mailman, so there is a lot of wind because they have no window in the truck. He had three other bluetooths more expensive than this one and i couldn't hear well every time i called him. This one has no background noise and he loves that it reads text to him. He had only one time when it was raining where i can still hear but the voice was low. He had this bluetooth for about 6 months. Love it.

This allows me to listen to audio and gives me hands-free conversation on my phone. Good clear sound and people have no problem understanding me on the phone.

My husband loves his blue tooth. It was a birthday present and he is very happy with the quality of the sound. I ask an employee which one I should get and he recommended this one.

I have owned the lg hbs 740 750 and 760. The infinim are by far the best ones yet. The retractable ear buds are a huge improvement over the others. The buttons and sliders are easy to use.highly recommended

I purchased the LG Tone Infinim for the ease of phone usage and discovered that I got a big bonus because the Harman/Kardon's re-tractable earbuds really kick butt with great sound. You can't go wrong with these.

They are nice. I had a pair of LG before felt better. These feel cheap like the cable will pull out. They have not yet so we will see. But the sound is good and people can hear me.

Easy to set up. You can get to iPhone home button without touching phone. The retractable ear buds are nice. 100% compatible with android but not iPhone.

Bought these for walking and outdoor yard work and they are better then expected. Easy controls and light weight. So pleased that I bought a pair for my grand daughter and son in law and they also love them.
