The sounds on these are decent, obviously not something like a Bose or other professional level headset but more than passable. The best thing about them are how comfortable they are, I often forget they are around my neck when not listening to them and having them retracted. These leads me to be more inclined to use them since I always have within reach. In call quality is ok, not great, not bad, just passable. Haven't had any complaints on the other end about not being able to hear me but also haven't done extensive testing.

These work great with my iPhone 6s Plus. Phone calls are clear and the headset is very comfortable. Music sounds good, bass isn't too heavy. Would recommend

Since these LG wireless headphones sit nicely around the back of my neck, I am able to keep them on all day, listen to my music at work and answer phone calls with ease. My favorite feature is the retractable wire that hides in the device with just a touch of a button. While I've only had them a month, the battery seems to last longer than I expected. Hands down the best purchase I've made since the new year and I can't lose them or wash them in my coat pocket!

This Bluetooth headset combines excellent call quality and solid build with retractable earbuds. Looks great, works great, and has excellent battery life.

I purchased this headset a few weeks ago. I bought it to replace an earlier model that I'd lost on a canoe trip. Sound quality is good. Responsiveness to voice commands is great. The retractable earphones are great, in theory, but I find that when I am hiding the headset under my collar it is a mild annoyance to unbutton my top button to get to the headphones. It seems to me that this could be innovated to have the headphones retract to a point closer to the collarbone. All around I am pleased with my purchase.

The retractable ear pieces work great. The sound quality is excellent. The fit is comfortable. The play and volumn buttons are well placed and easy to work.

I would say that other than the plastic material this has to be the best bluetooth on the market. LG knows how to make a battery last for a day or 2 with heavy usage. I have a large neck so the bluetooth didn't last that long with me having to continuously stretch the headset around my neck. I have since bought the upgraded headset which is pefect with its stretchy design. I had beats by dre but the battery does not last.These are equally as good as far as sound goes.

The battery life on these BT Headphones are excellent and the sound quality is very good. I like the fact I'm able to retract the earbuds when not in use.

the Bluetooth works better than any other that I have used. The sound quality is great for earbuds. Connects to my iPhone 6 easily. I thought it might annoy me to have it around my neck but I don't even notice them. I love that the earbuds retract and cords never get tangled. My biggest issue is keeping possession of them because they are frequently "borrowed" by my teenagers.

The sound quality is really great, good volume, good range of lows and highs. The base could be a little better but for work out headphones they do well. Really love the retractable ear phones, really a great feature and a huge improvement over the magnet. I started out with the Ultra and the sound quality was terrible and the magnets were not strong enough to hold the earphones. Bluetooth signal is strong though you can't go terribly far from your device but that is not big issue for me. The controls are easy to get to and easy and intuitive to use.

I have had all the previous LG tones Bluetooth headsets, plus Jawbone and the Jabra Stealth which is great for a mono ear piece, but the LG tones Infinim is my favorite. Love the retractable ear buds, no more dangling wires. Sound is great for music, and very comfortable. Doesn't move around my neck as much as the previous versions. Also love the way they alert you if you get away from your phone by vibrating, also interups to receive incoming calls, and announces who is calling, and returns to your music. Got mine for $83 on line @bestbuy. Com. Watch for sales!

Product is comfortable to wear and the retractable earplugs is a plus to keep them out of your way. The sound is great and they're worth purchasing.

I have purchased several different types of LG bluetooth headsets for myself or as gifts. They are by far the most cost effective, while having excellent battery life and sound. This version is very nice because of the cord retraction system. The old cords always bothered me on the side of the unit. I would recommend the protection plan, because even though they are water resistant, if you sweat a lot or end up in the rain, the audio quality on in or both ear pieces will degrade.

I was concerned about the thin wires on the headphone but they have not broken. I even used them on a construction site,I do not recommend you do that but they were fine and perfect ear plugs. Still no scratches on them but will be getting a case. I have been using them 3 days straight before I have to charge them. If it had noise cancellation and a little bit better sound quality it would be 5 stars. But still great sound. Works great with Pandora and Google play. Wish it was only $99.

Really good battery life, solid sound quality. I work for FedEx and my truck is quite loud. The noise canceling feature works so well it thinks my voice while driving is noise- only downfall of these. The wires are a little thin, but seem to be pretty strong. I LOVE that they retract. Best Buy price matched Amazon, got these for under $90. Thanks Best Buy!!

I made this purchase in order to make my life easier with listening to music on trips. And I have to say, well worth the money. The sound quality is fabulous and the retractable ear buds are awesome. The convince of being able to keep it around my neck while moving through a busy airport was outstanding. Bonus is the quality phone conversation I had while driving to my destination from the airport. It connected to my iPhone 6 with ease and quickly. The earbuds stay in place without needing to be adjusted constantly. I love this product.

Great earphones with great sound quality although I wish it had a little more bass but over all a good product. Really long battery life.

Got sick of having Bluetooth for my phone and then carry around a pair of Beats. When my Voyager Bluetooth got broken (thank you Delta for the gentle treatment in my side checked bag), I stopped into a bestbuy and these were recommended by the person covering the area. Had them now for about a month. Love them and I now leave my beats sitting on the shelf. Great for phone calls, music and movies on the ipad and iPhone.

Love my infinums! Have had them for about a month and have used them every day. The chor for the buds seems a bit flimsy but has worked great. Time will tell but the product works just like I want it to and I just wear it under my collar. Sound is great, not a lot of bass but I use it for audio books mostly. I was told only once that the sound of my voice through it for a phone call sounded a bit tin like but haven't heard anyone complain that they can't understand me. Even took these puppies skiing and I loved the performance.

These are great for business and pleasure. Hands free Bluetooth use while driving with voice activated options works superbly. I especially like having my texts read aloud to me. At work, being able to listen to music with no cables to interfere with what I'm doing is definitely a plus, and the Harmon Kardon sound is rich and full. These are the best ear buds I've purchased to date, I would definitely recommend them!!!
