I hated when they dangled all of the time with the last pair I had .

dont believe the hype

They work great

They were a gift, I really like them and use them all day for work and home. great sound quality loud and comfortable.

My headset was not at the store when I went to pick it up the next day I received a refund for my headset but never received a refund for the guarantee I purchased or the paperwork showing that do have the guarantee
