Now for the negative, the background noise canceling is non existant on a phone call the person on the other end is going to hear everything going on around you.

Worked well until the earbud broke

Luckily I had bought the Geek Squad replacement plan. Walked out with the upgraded model (HBS-910) because this one had been discontinued. Good service from Best Buy!
