They were recommended by a fellow coworker for their range, at first I was hesitant, finding the price high for a pair of headphones, but once I got home and gave them a listen I was very impressed with the full spectrum of sound that they had(especially considering they are wireless). And I'll reiterate I would definitely recommend this item to all my friends!

This headset has Fantastic Sound, Good Battery Life & Retractable cords. The retracting cords seem strong & reliable and will keep the cords out of the way unlike the previous models. Even so, I bought the 2-year replacement guarantee just in case the cords still wear like the previous models do.

I have owned all the LG Tones and by far these are the best so far! The sound is clear and the retractable earbuds are a feature well worth the higher price! I would buy these again and again! I am a DJ and have to have a pretty good ear for sound and these sound amazing! I bought a pair and everyone in my office has been buying them....talk about a trendsetter!

I listen to my headphones for extended periods of time during the workday, so battery life was a big factor for me. These last almost 2 whole days between charges and sound great. The buds block out almost all ambient noise when fully inserted. The neckband is a tad bulky, but worth it for the battery life to me.

I have owened a few wireless headsets and this one has been one of the best. I want to say it's comparable to the wireless beats 2. Sound quality is not totally there but it's close. The comfort is about the same except for the body of the LG headset, but it doesn't get in the way. I am an avid exercise nut and basketball player, it holds it own! Great buy!

My son works at UPS and these headphones are perfect. The text message reading feature is fabulous. The phone ringing alert helps greatly because of noise level and with a quick hand motion, he is talking to his boss. They are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is great.

I been using it for 3 weeks, the volume of the headphone is not high even at top level and sometime it disconnec from bluetooth beside that its pretty good battery life is good and it works fine with my galaxy s6 also it reads the text message so you don't have to check the phone, you can also reply.

I've tried so many hands free devices...in the ear, on the ear, over your head that I lost or misplaced because I took it off or it fell off by accident. The cords were the worst. The sound quality on my LG Infinum is amazing. No one knows I'm using it. I forget I'm wearing it. A charge lasts for days so I'm not always charging overnight.

Likes Love the construction of the exterior. Comfortable around neck. Audio isolation and sound is good. Buds are good. Dislikes I do not like the button return on cords. Return is not strong. Controls are good. Listening to VMail on iphon is not the best. Seems to connect and reconnect sometimes.

The look and feel of the Tone Infinim isn't for everyone. It sits around the neck, and retractable cables extend up to the ears to eliminate tangles. It also eliminates the ability to see any controls, so you'll have to memorize what is where. For those in colder weather environments, the prospect of combining the around-the-neck design with a scarf or a winter coat is also a bit daunting. However, for a hands-free, secure fit that eliminates tangled cables, the Tone series is in a league of its own. The in-ear fit is exceptionally secure: Not only do the eartips fit well on their own, but they're also free of the pull of gravity on long cables, thanks to the neckband. The look and feel of the Tone Infinim is very similar to the Tone Ultra, though where the Ultra has the JBL logo etched on its frame, the Infinim has the Harman Kardon logo. Both companies are owned by the same parent company, Harman. Each of those brands have their own sonic tendencies, however, so it seems like more than mere window-dressing. Cosmetically, the Infinim earphones also have a more metallic sheen to their surface than the Plus, with black accents that make them look a bit more regal.

I purchased this bluetooth for my husband because those other bluetooth kept breaking every time or were so uncomfortable to wear because they would slip out if his ear. This bluetooth stays in place and is very sturdy.

No static and it's very light and it keeps a long charge

I've had my headset for about a month now. I use them casually but I really do like them so far. I haven't had any problems with them and others can't hear my music playing. The sound is good and the range is good as well. I don't travel far from my phone but I tested it and the range was good. I'm really enjoying my headphones.

I have been using these headphones for about two months and I really like them. The sound quality is good for in-ear headphones. The retractable earbuds keep the wires from getting tangled. Pairing to cell phone is easy. You can listen to your music and never miss a call. Highly recommend

This is the best Bluetooth headset that I've tried. It is expensive but worth it if you're on the phone for hours a day for your job. Do yourself a favor and purchase the 2 year protection plan simply for how many times you'll be retracting those tiny wires.
