Great clarity on phone calls you can use it for 10 hours between charges. Better looking than the old model. Music is clear and balanced but lacking in deep bass great for rock and talk radio but not hip hop. High quality product with retracting earbuds.

I use this for work. It is convenient and serves the purpose. Sound quality is good. No problems hearing or being heard.

Great sound! Mic is very sensitive and can cause problems with people you are talking to if you move a lot while talking.

This is the second pair of LG tones I have had. I love them. They are the most comfortable that I have ever work. Once you put them on they stay put and I don't have to worry about them twisting and slipping off. Love them. Definitely a great buy.

I absolutely love this Bluetooth headset! The clarity of the sound is the best I've found. I wear it around my neck at work so that I can listen to music. The phone function is better than the last 3 I've had, and people can understand me me clearly.

I had the previous generation amd those seemed to be a bit louder but I really like that the ear buds are retractable.

My listening experience is awesome but there are still complaints about noise artifact from those trying to hear me.

It's everything you want in a Bluetooth headset. I use it everyday and it looks arts just as long as my phone does.

I am going to return and hopefully the one I exchange it for works better. I am normally good with the LG headphones, but this one isnot cooperating well.

I enjoy this product! Bluetooth is the way to go so you don't get caught up in cords! The sound is super clear on both ends and the device itself is easy to use. I use this product a lot while I'm working and still don't need to charge it but every couple of days. The only downside to it, I feel, is... I wish the "answer button" was on the top and not the side. I've made several phone calls by mistake because of the button placement. Overall still a great product though!

loses connection really easy and range is not great. sometimes people cannot hear me when i am talking on the phone

I bought these for my wife and she just felt in love with them. Very sturdy compared to other brand. Works out with them, listens to music with them and talks all day with them. Very crystal clear music and also voices when communicating.

The music sounds are great. The only drawback is the Bluetooth connection isn't always so good, so sound cuts out.

I think the headphones have a great range, I have not had any dropped calls. I think the sound quality is good.

They sound great and very functional. Although they are a bit smaller around the neck then my previous 900's.
