I was told that the battery life long but I've gone over 10 hours and over two weeks with battery available. Sound is clear. Connection is clear. If your wearing a polo shirt it sits nicely under collar. I forget that I'm wearing it. Easy to connect to devices, I'm using on MacBook, iPhone and iPad.

I have owned several of the previous versions of halos but this one has by far been my best one yet. It is thicker and sturdier, the sound quality is much better, and I love the fact you push a button and the ear buds retract. No more wire sticking out or magnets not sticking. Yay!

This headset is a good buy! It looks good, feels good, SOUND is fantastic, last for about 2 days (going through about 60 calls a day). BUT.. it seems as though sometimes the MIC will fade in and out for the person I'm calling. I can hear the caller with no problems and I use this exact model in my company with my other employees and they too have the exact problem with callers stating sometimes that they cannot hear them. I'm not sure if this is a Bluetooth issue but it happens once in a blue moon. Otherwise this is a good product.

power blue tooth user with average of 10000 minutes/month. been using the LG series for last 3 years. Very reliable, comfortable, and retracting earbuds provide great convenience because the wires are out of site/out mind when not in use. Sound and quality is excellent.

I love these, they are so light weight, I been asked what's on your neck?because I always forget I have them on. Sound is great. The retractor ear buds works great. I have had no problems with these. I've wore them on the treadmill and bike riding with no issues

The button placement has changed considerably, and I would suggest unnecessarily, from their original headset (back when there was only one option). The placement and function seems awkard for several of the controls, most annoyingly the volume. It is a low profile switch that needs to be slid forward or back. Not easy with sweaty hands. The battery life is very good. The sound is acceptable although not something I would categorize as "Premium"; which for $150, I expected to be blown away. The retracting cables seem sturdy enough, but I worry that such a thin cord will prove too fragile over time. I never get the extended warranty on anything, but I did with this product. I haven't needed it yet and I hope I won't, but these little cords are so thin, I don't see how they can possibly be durable. I've had these for about a month and use them frequently. If the cord proves to be durable enough to last a few years, then I would recommend these as a good purchase.

Looked into purchasing a good, solid wireless headset, prior to buying this LG one. I've owned this unit for a little over a month now and, like the design and features however, the ear pieces that are retractable seem to be wearing out in a short period of time. Sound quality of good. Holds charge for a long period which is great as I listen to music all day, while staying "wired" to my phone. The vibrate feature is especially beneficial while in meetings or for everyday use.

Lighter than the previous generation, more stylish and the sound is unmatched!! Very easy to pair with IOS and Android, has great battery life. Thanks to Best Buy I bought them at a great price!! I'm very happy with my purchase.

Wonderfully engineered fits nicely around the neck with the ear buds always at the ready. Great sound quality sending as well as receiving. Long battery life frequently going several days...they are a must have in my busy life

The new design as the area around the neck more flexible for a more comfortable wear and easier removal. Sound quality is great and durable from small scratches. Excellent battery life. Wife never turns it off.

This headset is so light, love the fact that after a while does not get uncomfortable to have in your head. I would recommend it as it not only very comfortable but sound travels really well on it!
