I primary use these at work and they're great. (I'm a mechanic) Headset is so comfortable you can forget you have them around your neck. Retractable ear buds don't get caught or in the way of anything. Good sound quality for Bluetooth earbuds and battery life makes these worth buying. I can usually get three days of heavy use before needing to recharge them. I've owned the both LG HBS-800 Ultra and LG HBS-900 Infinium, and currently own the LG HBS-910 Infinim.

The sound quality is quite good. I was a bit worried with the thin wires connecting the earphones to the unit, bug they seem to be bulletproof. Great battery life, and durability. I use it everyday, all day long. Talking on the phone, not very clear.

Overall, this headset has good sound quality and mic quality, is comfortable to wear, and the retracting earpieces hold up longer than you might think. My issue is that it drops bluetooth connection regularly, and at the least opportune time - like in the middle of a conference call.

Overall it's a nice piece of kit, the battery lasts maybe 9ish hours and it's build quality is good, the sound quality is better than normal headphones but not by much which is odd as it is harman kardon. There is also next to no bass effect.

I love them! They have great sound, are comfortable, have an amazing battery life, and stay connected at a crazy distance. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't retract ALL of the way every time but this isn't a big deal because I didn't notice it until the next time I needed the ear piece. Would still buy these again and again.

I've purchased or reviewed other wireless headsets and prefer the LG Infinim hands down. Other products are too expensive, sound quality was not good, or not a good quality. This headset has good sound quality (a little on the high/treble side) and lasts me a long time; but I would recommend getting the insurance. Worth the money. Although they are good quality, the wire is thin on the buds and can damage over time depending on your usage and care when pulling them out. Mine are always around my neck and used everyday no matter what I'm doing, so usage is high. Should I need another pair for my kids or me, I'm going back for the same product, LG Infinim. Clients see them all the time around my neck and tend to ask for my opinion. Always good feedback and they tend to get a pair for themselves.

I had the model previous to this release, and had to return it to the place of purchase twice due to one side shorting out in less than 6 months. Let's see how well the new model holds up. This model is lighter than the previous. Works just as well with great sound and call quality. This has the added feature of reading your notifications as they come in on your phone nice touch, not really necessary or needed until you're driving and realize its a cool feature. Has a couple of other features I haven't delved into yet. Be mindful of how hard you pull each ear bud out. I feel this model with even the best of care, isn't meant to last more than a year. Since I don't like other models that just dangle down on your chest when not in-ear, i guess it's a necessary evil.

Although my purpose in buying this headset had nothing to do with listening to music, I did check out the sound quality and it's amazing! I love the design - no more having a Bluetooth stuck on my ear all day long. Super comfortable and fairly easy to understand - has a few features I call "overkill", such as it will read your text messages for you ... ! My only complaint, and the sole reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that it really doesn't have a great distance range. I have a home office and when I happen to leave my phone on my desk to go to the kitchen, it disconnects and it's really not that far...

The fitment around the neck is like it's not there at all. Wonderful sound quality, great clarity during phone calls, handy little headset.

I love this headset. Sound is great and it's SO convenient for taking calls hands-free. The retractable ear buds are perfect as well.

Like the color! Love the comfort! Was a little hard to get used to having something around my neck while running and working out, but they stay in place for the most part. I did have to change out the size of the ear pieces too, but everyone's ears are different sizes. No real problems so far!

Simply amazing! Would highly recommend this product as the sound quality, durability, operations and flexibility far exceeds expectations. The ability to control my phone, listen to music or simply noise reduction is excellent with NO cords getting tangle or stored/misplaced. Once charged it usually last a full day. Excellent gift for Christmas!!

The LGs are my second pair, I had a first generation and this one is better--sound is consistently, longer range from phone, and I like the retractable earbuds. They also fit better on the neck than the first generation. I would recommend to anyone that likes the neck wrap kind of earbuds. I prefer that to others, as it works best when I go on runs.

I use my headset everyday all day. This particular pair is the best pair I've had thus far. Great sound quality and very durable.

These headphones have excellent sound and comfortable fit around neck. The retractable cords are a great plus also.

I can hear awesome.. The audio for me is great. But who I am talking to can't here me well at all. Does not bock background well either. It's comfortable around the neck. I love the vibration feature to let you know a call is coming in and the retractable ear buds.it even informs you if you got too far from your phone and let's you know battery level I hate the fact the call quality for the person receiving my call is very bad and that is super important to me. Very pricy for this major problem

I use LG Bluetooth headsets quite often. This is one of the better headsets because of it's clear sound and comfort. I love the way you are able to multitask doing other things without the headset twisting or moving around your neck. The retractable earpieces are also a plus and more convenient. Overall good product.

Very comfortable for daily use. Way better than the previous model. The sound and battery life are great. I love the retractable string. This item works great.

Of my favorite pair of headphones. The original HBS or HSB 700 were the best and then all others after were a fail. This pair surpasses the 700s and is now my new favorite. Good quality, multi connections, battery life and call / music sound it great. Missing bass, but for me it is not that important.
