Sound is amazing, very comfortable, battety life is next level. The deal breaker though, random weak connection. Tried them with multiple devices and with tablets there perfect but with phones, very loud static even when phone is in your hand. I got a replacement and still have the same problem.

These are better than my last LG headset. They have great sound, are retractable, connect to 2 devices and charge fast. A definite must have

I have had a handful of different LG Bluetooth Headsets. As the new ones come out I always get them and I'm never disappointed. This is the best one thus far. The design, built and quality are top notch. I had the previous version on the tone Infinims and I thought I loved them well these are the new love of my life. I'm not sure of how LG did it but the sound quality is great and notches better then the previous model. The sound quality that this headset has is what I was wishing the old one had.

I bought these for my fiance because our 4 year old tore his other ones up. We are so happy he did because these are awesome! The sound quality is above what I expected. It doesn't sound distant & fuzzy like the old ones did. I would definitely buy these again!

Used this headset while travelling around Europe in August 2016. No problems at all. Had fun using it on the planes, trains, and automobiles we used to travel on!

I love this ear phone infact I brought two for myself.I used everyday for the winter , spring and fall.I didn’t use in the summer, because it too sticky around my neck with job I do. It’s a very good reception and Long last battery life.

I really liked my headphones. They lasted 8 months and then the wire remained retracted. Good sound, brought another pair.

I love the fact that the earbuds are retractable and they are easy to pull out when you need them. Battery life is outstanding and sound quality is great!

I upgraded from these to the platinums. While the sounds quality was superb actually better than the newer model the quality didn't last. These wore out roughly 1.5 years into using them. The cords would often get stuck retracting and cause me to pull and retract 3 to 4 times to get them in. I also lost sound in the 1 bud at roughly the 1 year mark.

This is the only one i liked enough to not return. Its comfy sounds decent. Does have a weird issue with iPhones when your talking to someone on it. It goes all S l o w m o t i o n on you. only way to get it back to normal is bump from bluetooth to phone back to bluetooth. Other than that its great for a work out.

I cant say enough great things about these my phone is bulky and I am not always in the car so these are used daily. My husband whom got these for me has actually tried to take them I had to buy him a pair. Highly recommend

Great sound and charge/life. I have to charge my Fit every few days, but can easily go over a week on the blue tooth headset. Only downside- the read text feature that I was excited about does not work on IPHONEs only Androids via app. Come on Apple. Had I known this, would have likely gone for another product.

Love the sound quality and the overall weight and design. The only reason for a 4-star review would be the connection and the bluetooth. When working, I carry my phone in my back pocket. Unless my phone is free from enclosed spaces, the connection will become poor to where podcasts and music cut in and out.

I love this wireless blue tooth headset. Great sound, battery lasts a long time. Love that the earbuds retract. Definitely worth the money

sound really good when listening to music and when talking to someone. Like the retractable ear buds. Feels very comfortable around the neck.

This is the fourth LG Tone I've purchased. I've had three Infiniums, and those had the best operating controls and were the easiest to use and get familiar with. Unfortunately, they break after a while. One set lost audio on one side, and another developed an intermittent problem with the power switch (it would turn itself on and off repeatedly). Actually, there was a third Infinium that also lost audio on one side, but that happened during the one year warranty period and I got it replaced. But I still have two infiniums that don't work but are past the warranty period. I never liked the silver color, either-- it's just a little gaudy at work. The new HBS-910 looks more discreet in flat black, and performs well. The buttons aren't as obvious to find as on the Infinium, but it's been working fine and the sound quality is pretty good. Battery life is great-- far better than the Infinium. I bought the extended warranty form Best Buy (something I rarely do), because LG Tones are great but they don't seem to be durable enough for long term.

Excellent sound quality, beautiful design and color, best noise cancellation ever! I bought these because my cat chewed through the wires on 2 LG pro headsets, in 1 day! The retractable cords make them unappealing to my cat.

Lg has got the wireless headphone business down. These things just amaze me with the performance and battery life. These are my third pair of various lg wireless headphones and I've been super happy with each purchase. Beware that you can not really exceed the 30' range. They will cut out.

This set of Bluetooth earphones are excellent for hearing music. You don't hear the outside world when you have both earbuds on. But when you received a phone call it was a different story. I believe because they try to cancel all the back ground noise, that when i would speak it sounded low. So, i would have yell out loud so they could hear me.
