I got these for my wife for christmas because of a new city law in san antonio. She loves the retractable ear phones and how natural the bluetooth feels on her neck. I think the bass can be better but overall great product.

I've had every tone headset on the market. I always hated how the cord clamps would break or fall off, so you had the cord and/or ear bud dangling around. This version solves this issue by adding a retractable earbud!!! This solves the dangling earbud issue! I looked at some of the other "no dangling earbud" headsets from Samsung and others; however, they looked gimmicky and more like a techno geek necklace. I drive a lot and work with my hands while on the phone. I just need a great sounding, no dangling earbud, sleek looking headset. This is what I was looking for! All I ask is that the next version be lighter...

The Infinim's have good sound quality,long battery life, good idea on retractable earbudsand an app for certain phones. What i did not like was the price and for the price the sound did not impress and i have a large neck and they kept twisting, every time i would turn my head.

I have had at least 6 different Bluetooth headsets and this is the best so far. Sound quality is great but max volume is not all that. Call quality is one of the best I've tried so far. The battery life is great. I can listen to music or audio books ALL day without needing a charge. I'm talking around 9-10 hours!

I bought these for my wife and she loves them. The headset is extremely light you hardly know you're wearing it around your neck. The earbuds are retractable which is very convenient so they are not dangling around when they're not in your ears

I saw a co worker wearing a black pair of these head phones and he told me how great they worked. I love being wireless. The range is really good. Sound is clear. Phone calls are good on both ends. They are comfortable to wear and the retractable earbuds are nice because they don't tangle when they are stored.

I was unsure about getting these headphones. I thought they would be uncomfortable but I don't even notice that they are around my neck. I absolutely love them. Easy to use and great sound quality.

I have had these for awhile now and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the sound quality, the quickness that pairs with any device I set it to and the battery life is amazing. I charged it the first time I got it about 3 weeks ago haven't charged it since then and the headset still reads high battery when I turn it on.

I've had most of the previous models from LG. This is a great upgrade. I love the retractable earbuds. However I did get the warranty since the wires are much thinner then before and you have to pull it all the way out to not move the neckband.There is a great sound difference with Harman/Kardon and LG fusion.

I love these headphones, they are great !!! The battery last a lot longer than I thought it would,. The sound is great for phone calls and for music they are even better. To make the battery last longer when I'm not using them I turn them off, and when I get a call I turn them in and they connect fast.

The product as advertised is very comfortable to wear, however, for the price I would expect better sound. I have a set of the same brand that was half the price, with the same quality sound. Why didn't I return it, you ask? I really like the retractable ear pieces.

These are a great Bluetooth head type headset onlythey go around your neck which makes them more comfy. Harmon Kardon sound is crisp and clear but need a little more bass for my taste. Overall these are great, easy to use and a great new product. Very functional!

I had a back go wich only last for 4 hour per charge. This Headset last almost a day. And it charge really quick. sound is better compare from my old one. no noise canceling could be a plus for the price. I'm worried about the wires breaking. other than that I'm happy.

Great! I travel a great deal and use the bluetooth with my apple phone while driving. The sound and reception is always clear. I love being able to receive and send text messages hand free.And the music is outstanding! Over the years, I have tried several brands and this one is definitely the best.

What a genius idea. The retractable earbuds are SO nice! Sound quality on phone calls is so much better than my old method. I love listening to my stories and songs on my daily walk without a swinging cord that I constantly disconnect by accident. They are Perfect for answering the phone while driving.

I talked to several people who have these and everyone was happy with them, I thought at first they kind of looked a little goofy but I tried one and I think it's the greatest Bluetooth system I have seen yet. the battery life is excellent, the fact you can use one or two earpieces it's very convenient!

I love my new Tone Infinim's so much i bought a second pair to keep at in the car and one at home so i always have a pair with me. Best audio from an earbud in my opinion and i love the retractable buds, they don't come loose and swing around like the magnetic ones when i have them out of my ears.

Having owned two other versions these are so much better. The ear phones aren't always getting hooked on something and pulled off. The sound is incredible, of course Harmon Carden what did I expect, with all genres of music. I can take calls with windows down in my diesel pickup without a problem.

They where a little pricey but the sound quality more then makes up for it. The retractile cords are a nice feature too. Extremely long battery life.The microphone could do with better nice canceling but all in all a very nice set.

These headphones have an incredible sound for listening to music on your phone. Also, the clarity of this device when receiving or making a call is unbelievable. The sleek look around your neck with the silver color is hardly noticeable. I couldn't have made a better purchase for the quality.
