Headset is better than the ones in the past, love the retractable earbuds. sound is definitely not as superior as i would expect. the comfort around the neck is better at not trying to move around your neck, they stay close to where they are suppose to for the most part.

I love these headphones and its features. They sound great and I like that they operate two devices. I have mine connected to my personal and office cellphones. I have already highly recommended them to others.

This is my second one , bought one online worked for 2 months , this time decided to go to best buy , when I saw it on sale , buy the warranty theses things eventually will go out but while they work are very good

wife bought for b-day they are comfortable and sound pretty good but the bass response is not hardly noticable, i listen at fairly low volumn and dont get the bass that i expected especially for the upper end headset .

I LOVE my wireless around the neck LG Tone earbuds that I bought. They are just what I needed. I am in a power wheelchair and owning these leaves my hands free to maneuver my wheelchair and not have to worry about missing calls, and stopping to answer my cell. I love that they can be paired with more than one device, being that I have 2 cell phones. I think that it is neat that the earbuds are retractable with the push of a button. I have NO PROBLEM what so ever hearing and being heard on calls that I make and receive. These are just PERFECT for me and glad that someone FINALLY made Bluetooth/Headphone wireless that have no chance of falling off, for people like myself.

Got these right before Christmas and have been using them daily for a couple of weeks. Easy to pair to two phones. Bluetooth connectivity/signal is very stable. Very comfortable, after a few minutes of wearing them, I forget they are even there. Easy to use and great while driving. Definitely recommend.

You don't have to bother with head gear, they are so comfortable you forget they are around your neck. Easy to use and the battery holds its charge. Ear bud retractor can be tricky at times until it finds its spot. I would rate this a 5 if refractory was easier to use.

This Bluetooth is the best I've had so far. Have used many over many years, each one is better then the prior one. Best Buy techs always recommend great products to me. Car radios, speakers, subwoofers, computers washer/dryer the list can goes on. My family recommends Best Buy to others 100% satisfaction.

My husband uses his headset everyday and he works in a very loud environment. He says they work excellent and they have great sound. There is very little background noise when your on the other end of the line either. They work Great!

I bought me and my mom a pair. Mine would cut out sometimes but maybe that's due to me having a Samsung. My mom's worked perfectly for her. They also have a beautiful design. I no longer have mine and didn't like the way the upgraded versions looked.

The sound quality was the same as the LG tone but the product was not flexible to where under my clothes and it sat on my collarbone. This irritated my neck. However when my husband used it, it fit him perfectly.

I am so glad I with my purchase. I keep the device under my shirt collar. I do not know it is there. I listen to music or talk 12 to 15 hours a day and I never run out of battery. It also charges in about 1 hour. The ear bud wires do not get tangled when you are not using them. This is a great prduct.

Great Bluetooth but I wish you could answer the call without having to push the button. On other devices I've had the divice asked me if I wanted to answer or ignore the call and I could voice my request and it did what I told it to do. Otherwise great device.

This headset gave me best results than other trademarks products, highly recommended in a lot android mobiles like a Samsung models.My against is the wires are very thins when you pulling out. Overall is superb loaded headset.

I bought this item for my husband as a gift. He works maintenance so he use to complain about not being able to clean and talk. Now he has a 2-in-1. He gets to talk and afterwards continue with his music. Wonderful item, and lays comfortably around his neck.

Although it sounds great. The fact that the vibration is on the same arm as the mic means that the person you are on the phone with hears every notification you get and wonders why the world is falling apart. But that so far is my only issue with this device

my husband bought this mainly for his job. He drives mostly everyday for work and now he can talk on the phone without having to hold his phone. He also listens to music when he rides his motorcycle he can hear his music over the noise of everything i would highly recommend this for anyone

Bought these because I was tired of ruining my wired headphones while working. They work really well. Sound quality for music isn't great but for listening to podcasts and taking phone calls they work really well. Battery life is great. Charging from 0% to 100% takes less than an hour.

My. Husband is a flight medic he loves these when he is I the plain giving information to hospitals From the plane because he can hear them and they tell him how clear they can hear him when he is giving them critical Information

I use these everyday during work hours and when driving. Sound quality is excellent. If I am with clients I can quickly listen to a text or voicemail and then retract the buds. I would highly recommend this product. The 2 friends that I did recommend it to bought it and also loved them.
