My husband and I both love these headsets. I love the retractable ear buds as they get in the way other wise. My only suggestion would be to purchase the protection plan.

I love the sound, noise reduction and the convenience of being able to walk around without having to worry about getting all tangled up in wires.

These are a nice upgrade from my last set of LG's that i purchased a few years ago. clear sound, and everyone can hear me clearly too. Battery life could be better.

The sound quality is ok. I mainly like the ease of carrying it around and the retractable earbuds. It connects to two different bluetooth devices so that's a plus.

Best headphones by far.... I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband and by far they have been great with awsome sound quality!! I love how the wires are hidden and not all around!

This bluetooth is not loud at all but it's comfortable to wear and the battery life is pretty good. Range wise it's just ok.

I love the lightweight and ear buds that are retractable. They give you option of wearing one ear bud or both. When I'm wearing don't even realize have around neck.

The product is convenient stays out-of-the-way and thus far meets my requirements for a wireless device, serve as a earbud and connects to my music. Thank you,

I have owed three of the LG Tones headset and each time one has gotten better. This version is really nice with the retractable earplugs that stays out of the way.

It's a great product. My husband sometimes forget he has it on! I have to take it off when he falls asleep. It good for people who don't have Bluetooth in their cars or an older model car.

Love that the buds retract up in and cords are not hanging. Good sound quality. Bought a pair for husband and myself. More colors would be nice.

I bought my husband a cheaper pair a year ago. he absolutely loved them. i had him give his old pair to our son and upgraded his pair to these. it has better sound and retractable headphones.

I wear these during my work in the oil field and mowing the lawn. Cancels out unwanted noise to a respectable level. Battery live still amazes me and charges just as fast. I have a big neck 18.5"-19" and it's a snug but tolerable fit. As far as answering the phone while using these headphones people keep saying they can barley hear me. I don't know if it's because of my giant neck blocking the mic but often just switch to using the phone instead. Easy to use switches for volume, on/off, ear bud cord retraction, and track selection. I sweat a lot during work and these have held up all summer.

Headphones work great only this is dont get swear in them cause they will start malfunctioning quick Other than that awesome product.

Great sound and great quality. Voice doesn't sound far away. Only criticism is battery life doesn't last as long as it states if you use if for both music and phone calls during work shift.

I am really impressed with the ease of connectivity and the light weight makes them airport friendly. I haven't had anyone complain of the echo type sounds most blue tooth products produce.

I originally liked it due to its strong frame as opposed to the other less sturdy ones that would slide off my neck bit the clarity and drawstring earplugs makes for a phenomenal product!!

I've had many versions of the LG Tone headphones over the last 4 years, and this is the best version currently avaailabke. The noise cancellation in all of them is superb, but lately the cheaper pairs have been significantly quieter. I work in a loud machine shop and frequently make calls while driving. I've never had someone complain about the background noise at my location, and with the upgraded speakers i can hear everything very clearly. They are rigid as compared to the more flexible cheaper version, but hopefully that means they hold up better. I tend to rely on mine for everyday use, and usually go through a pair of the cheap ones every 4 or so months. I've had these for 3 now, but i would still recommend the Geek Squad Protection for that extra peace of mind. It's much cheaper than buying a new pair. As high quality as they are, the thin cables that connect the earbuds are usually where the problem lies. The retractable feature seems like a brilliant idea to protect them, but i can still imagine catching the earbud on my jacket collar or necklace.
