So the fact that it is lightweight and long lasting is superb for me. This headset makes the old days of wired earbuds or holding the phone to my ear for 30 minutes seem like torture. It actually was now that I think about it.

Love It, Great sound and volume

I tried a lot of other Bluetooth headphones but volume was very low, volume on these is great as well as the convenience to have it around the neck.

I don't use them everyday and I take very good care of them. Not sure what happened. Glad I got the warranty. For $21 I got a new pair with a new warranty. I would have been bummed if they stopped working after spending so much on them.
