Wonderful piece of kit,great sound,easily controlled.Comfortable to wear,ear buds fit just right.

I couldnt find a decent pair of Bluetooth earbuds that would last all day and that I could use for my tv/computer while in bed. I've used the jaybirds and they're great but you can't lay your head down without them pushing too much in your ear. When I saw these online and for $50 less I had to get them. They allow me to fall asleep with the buds in my ears with no discomfort and they last about 2 days without a charge.

Super comfortable and convenient. Light weight. And stylish. Love retractable buds.

This product has been a great upgrade over my previous LG Headset... The value for the price and the performance has been impressive so far. I love the quality of the sound, the retractable buds and the lightweight comfort of being able to wear them around my neck. The sound quality is crisper than Beats/Powerbeats -- and at a much more reasonable price!

Sound quality is good and I like that it feels good and sturdy. It doesnt seem to have a 30 foot range..maybe 20, and it sometimes has trouble with connection when the headset is covered too much by bending over or tilting your head over the receiver for too long. Mic quality is good. I use these even when I go to the gym and have not had any issues.

I do and have owned several of these around-the-neck headsets. From the Beats Audio to four different sets of the LGs. And to be honest, this is the one that I prefer. With the sound, mic, and comfort, this one is the best. Sure, the Beats has a better sound but doesn't vibrate when getting a call or message, nor does it work well in a motorcycle helmet. And the new LG HBS 910 has an awesome design, but the mic leaves a lot to be desired.

The sound is better than I expected, but I don't like heavy bass. If you do like bass, these are not for you. The retractable cords are very convenient, even if they do look like they might be fragile. I typically have to turn them off and then on to switch connection between my phone and my tv. But that might be more of an issue with the tv.

Perfect for any listen experience. They match any wardrobe. Plus comes in other colors. The only thing is I've had these for less than 6 months and had to get them replaced because the left earbud volume was half as loud. For the money spend they should not be having that problem. But that are the best looking and functioning available.

I purchased these headphones for my husband who is notorious for losing and breaking headphones. We wanted something light but sturdy, something that he won't lose easily with good sound and simple to use. These headphones fit perfectly. He loves them and I'm glad that they were affordable. There are some less expensive options but we chose LG because they really do make great products.

I've used my Tone for about a month and find that the sound is excellent. It's easy to answer and make phone calls (unless you have to press different numbers to reach a department), and it blocks out background noise. It's easy to connect to audiobooks on Bluetooth devices. Comfortable--I forget that I have it on. I would prefer the all black model but Best Buy doesn't carry it.

I purchased based on talking to associates at the store and looking at reviews online. I have enjoyed the headphones as I don't have to find a little bitty earbud and don't have to have the earbud in my ear all day. I do have a problem with the occasional "well effect." This unit holds a good charge and doesn't have to be charged daily.

Retractable ear buds are just one indication of product excellence. Whether using one earbud to listen while still being able to attend to environmental sound, or when using stereo when listening to music or audio books, the product works well. When using the device as a Bluetooth phone device, the party to whom I am talking hears me well without static. It is simple to use as well.

I really love these, sound is perfect, never any breaking up during phone calls. The only issue I have is listening to my voicemail. I hear an automated message that repeatedly says "call ended" when I go to listen to a voicemail, weird and kinda frustrating. Other than that, I have them on all day and the battery life is really good.

I have used several models of Tones (Tone+, Tone Pro) and i finally pulled the trigger on these. The retracting buds are AMAZING! The sound is deep and rich. Battery life is above par for me. The neck size can be restrivive for some I am sure, and they take a little getting use to. Great buy, amazing brand...ill own LG Tones for many years to come and recommend them every time.

I bought this headset after several of my coworkers have the older versions. I love how the earphones retract and roll back up and how no visible wires like older leas expensive models. Music and calls are great the earphones sound very clear and would buy this product again. Not crazy about how it works with my company iPhone 5s but love the speech to text with my android

My spouse is self employed contractor, so he never likes to miss a call, this item is perfect for him to be able to take calls, listen to his ITunes etc allowing him to continue working with both hands...these wireless earbuds have great sound and they are very durable , he has put them to the test! Great item!!, my son also purchased a pair and He enjoys his very much too
