Had to replace previous LG Headset. It works well so far. Disappointed that Best Buy does not offer insurance on the product any more. Only downside is the price. It was more than double the price of previous purchased LG headsets. (It was the only model they had in stock. Hopefully, it lasts as longer than the others.

This replaces the LG I dropped and broke. I like the retractable earbuds. Great battery life for long listening without having to recharge. works great during workouts and when other people don't want to hear the programs that interest me.

I was looking for some headphones wi long battery life and long distant for bluetooh and i tryed this ones and im really amaze with the sound quality and long reach for bluetooh and battery lasting

Great product. This is the only headset my husband will use, he works long hours on the phone and he only has to charge it once. He has tried other headsets but always comes back to this brand and style. Its worth the money, its a good quality product.

Superb headset. Comfortable to wear continuously. Battery life is good. The headset needs charging after approximately 24 hours. When turned on the headset announces the current condition of the battery i.e. High - Medium - Low. This headset suits my needs and is well worth the price.

Very good earbuds, I’ve been using this brand for years. Only reason I’m not giving this one 5stars is the design change, this upgraded one isn’t flexible like before.. if u have a thick neck like mine , I wonder over time how it’ll hold up.. other than that I’d buy it again & again.

My husband and I both have a set of these, and they are perfect! We both work demanding jobs outside, and these headphones definitely rise up to the challenge in durability, reliability, and battery life! We've tried other types and brands but always end up going back to the LG Tone.

Awesome, plain and simple. I love this headset it fits your neck so you forget they are even there (I've fallen asleep a few times with them on). The sound quality is amazing. I really love how they made the earbuds retractable, 100 percent satisfied and recommend you buy them.

These are so good that my 28 year old son begged me to keep them. That should say a lot, The sound is great and blocks out most sound so you can enjoy what you’re listening to. I love That they are retractable. They are so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them.

These are really excellent earbuds overall. They sound great and are very comfortable. With good care, they’ll last awhile. On a pair I had several years ago, I had one side start failing on me and sent them away for warranty repair. The service was excellent and they worked wonderfully upon return.

Ive tried every name brand earbud and headset on the market APPLE and Samsung included. These headsets are for me superior by far.I cannot stand to have a device plugged into my ear all day as I see the industry is producing more products that are designed too do just that.Not only do I believe its terribly unsafe because it severely limits your ability to hear your surroundings but for me its irritating. The features such as voice alerts of messages are great. The best of all is the vibration alert that's saved me from losing my phone countless times when I've left it in restaurants and other places. Theres no way I would use any other product as of yet and I've using LG type gear since 2009. The music and voice clarity is totally on point, no Beats by Dre but they aren't LG's either.

I find this headset easy to use and love the ability to pull the earbuds easily in and out of my ears as I need them. Sound quality good, pairing with my android easily. This is my 2nd one of the same product. unfortunately, I lost the 1st one but after great use.

This is my second one I really like the ones that go around neck. Easy to connect to multiple devices and customize settings to transfer from one device to another. Great sound and battery lasts a long time. A bit spendy I think but it is a quality headset

Loved then while the lasted. Wife and I both had a pair. Sounds quality was awesome. Her left ear piece went out after about 2 years. My right one went out after about 1 year. Found out it's pretty common issue for LG. Too expensive considering how long they lasted.

I’ve been looking for a pair of quality Bluetooth headphones for a while that would stay on my neck and not fall off when simply moving my head. These stay in place, don’t fall off and the retractable earpieces are exactly what I was looking for. The sound is also very good.

The sound quality is great. The battery life is great. I can work all day using for calls and get home and cut grass for three hours and not re charge. The retraction of the headphones,,,,,, unpredictable.

I was looking for headphones EXACTLY like my old pair. Which I knew was probably a dream. I went to few other tech places ur competitors and looked on line for couple hours. U were not my last spot to research. All in all they were just about the same had couple extra features more up to date for such I’m very happy with the product and would recommend to anyone looking for a pair awesome aound
