These headphones sound great and have a good range. Unfortunately they started coming apart at the connections. First they broke around the neck back then they came apart at the next join by the buttons. I would not recommend these. Very disappointed.

I purchased this headset with the highest of expectations considering the 199 price tag. After using for 6 weeks the neck area began to separate from the side panel. I returned under warranty and was told that it was defective but they are no longer making this headset! I was given the option of gold only when I purchased the platinum-silver. When I asked if I could get a refund, I was told no. They were willing to replace with the hbs 920 $69.00 model. My $200 model can be swapped for a lesser $69.00 model! Do not buy this product. If you’re buying anyway, you better get the bestbuy extended warranty you’re gonna need it. At least with the bb warranty they will give you dollar for dollar exchange.

I'm a huge Lg fan, I've got the best tv I've ever had because of Lg. But this thing was the most expensive out of the bunch, and the range from my tv, absolutely sucks. Volume sucks. It's best feature is the push button retraction of the earphones. Otherwise this thing sucks. Sorry Lg I'm a fan I really am. But this is a no go

Purchased these thinking they would be a great set of headphones bought 2 pair actually but MAN WAS I WRONG!! Let me start by saying, if you ONLY want to use them for music on your phone then they are OK, they DO SOUND great for that. They aren't as noise cancelling as they should be or at least mine weren't. To talk on the phone using them, IS SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED to say the least!! They cut out MORE then they should at any given moment, it's like trying to piece together a PART of the conversation and saying, "what?" " What?" "what?" that's all you get to say to the other person really. I WOULDN'T waste my money on a pair of these if that was the only pair left to buy. I have sense bought the Jaybird Freedom F5 In-Ear Wireless Headphones WHICH ARE 100% WORTH the money!!

Have been buying this brand of Bluetooths for like the last 3 or 4 years and this model is the worse. The range does not even allow you to talk on it one room removed from the phone without shutting down due to out of range. I love this brand, but this model suck! :(

the product LG headset are not that good they keep cutting off and on when resting on my neck or when listening to music I would not recommend this product and it's overpriced and if you have facial hair it pulls on your beard

I've been a long time LG Infim user. I go through about two headsets a year because I use them all day long for work, this particular headset was supposed to be better for the more 'active' person. I bought one, it went back, got another, it went back, got another and finally when it had problems I got my money back. It had your typical issues: it didn't sync, it wouldn't charge some days, etc. One of the main problems was it would sync but then in the middle of calls it would go back to the phone. I was really hoping this would be a good fit for me but it just didn't work well.

I have 3 other LG headsets like these but these are not good. The other ones I have are flexible and work great yet the battery only lasts about 4-5 hours max. I figured these would be better I was wrong. They’re not flexible and bendable. The ear buds can easily be yanked off trying to extend them from their roll-in feature and they’re heavy. I’m sure battery life is better but too heavy, stiff and breakable for me. I’ll grab a different pair of LG’s.

Simply put, they could be nice only if LG would have extended the wire to the ears. The issue is LG extended the length of the neck band but not making sure that the earbud wires are not long enough to account for the extra length. If you look left are right the wires are will pull up the neck band or the buds will pop out of the ear. Not worth it and taking them back. I am officially not using LG headsets anymore. The break easy and don't last for the price you pay.

Fits in the ear Perfect. Try to use the button to make the sound come out a little bette but it seemed impossible to adjust all 3 settings to sound good. The gentleman that he'll be in a product said it was waterproof so I was working out side in the yard I received a call the other end of the call Couldn't hear me because the receiver had a little moisture.

Over priced bluetooth headset. Poor quality battery stopped holding a charge after 16 days of use.

I am very upset about these headphones I paid about 250.00 and they are a piece of junk. I don’t even use my earphones no more because they don’t work the way they should. I would not recommend buying the headphones I took back one pair the same thing happened.

Bought these to replace my hbs 900 due to 1 ear stopped working, these have such a terrible connection that it cuts in and out during phone calls, randomly disconnects and reconnects, tried on multiple phones with same result, returned and continue to use my hbs 900, such a disappointment from lg

I returned mine as it felt like they would have broken after a short amount of time using it. Also the earbud cords would eventually pull off as cord has a spring that retracts them so you are always pulling on them. Sorry but they suck. Other LG's without auto retract are better.

So I want to Best Buy looking for noise cancelling headphone and I asked one of the worker and he told me this is the best noise cancelling so I bought it and I used it it's not noise cancelling and it's not good at all

This is my second pair of lg headset the audio on this pair is about the same as my first pair which was the lg tone. I thought being the platinum that the quality would be better especially at 199.00 a pair. I paid 59.95 for the tones so I wouldn't waste my money on the platinums.

I've had a few LG's but this has two place behind the neck that are similar to screws but internal , one apparently come out because now one side sits facing forward and the other side twists backwards.

Poor performance. Owned an LG headset for 2 years before i lost them. Purchased these at over twice the price and they did not perform nearly as good. Had to return them caller could not hear me clearly and sound claity was less.

Had to exchange twice.... cause left side kept dying on me... had to get the pros... even tho the platinums have Harman Kardon premium sound... the pros are bettrr quality... no wonder they are already discontinued......

Bought this headset on deal of the day for a great price. Did not hold up very well at all. Glad I took warrant out. Sound quality was not very good
