Love the way it fits on neck. Great sound and easy to use

I have 2 sets of this headset for myself. I use mine for travel and everyday. They connect to both my android phone and my ipad at the same time. I have really enjoyed them, so I bought my parents each a set for Christmas. One is an avid phone talker and was worried about it not working. He used his more for calls in the first 3 days of having it than I have ever used mine. He loved it and each called said they could hear him well. The other uses hers more for music and isn't very tech savvy. She caught on quickly and was pleased both with calls and music. I recommended to a friend who got a set for Christmas and she loved them. Only downfall is not speech to text feature.

These earbuds are great ! Only problem I have encountered is the volume will not go as high as some other brands ! But don't let that stop you from buying these, they are really outstanding !

Easy to use. Great Quality sound. The only problem is that when I am not use it the magnetic holder for the ear bug fall off quite often. Otherwise it would have been a 5 starts product.

I don't wear them all the time,mostly use them while driving,and a few times at the gym,battery life is good,affordable and does the job.

The sound quality of these speakers is pretty good, battery life is also good but not as good as claimed on the package. There is occasionally some lag and/or static which can be annoying.

Nice when you are driving and talking on the phone. I really enjoy my music when I'm exercising around track and it stays in place.. Lots of time I need my hand doing other things..

I tried several bluetooth headsets with claims of good reception, comfort, and ease of use (meaning it'll connect to a variety of compatible devices without connection issues or drop outs). This is the only one that I give me blessing to. Connects to two devices, battery lasts throughout the day for music playback and calls.

I purchased this headset to use in a moderately noisy office environment. It works great. The earbuds cut out a lot of the noise so the volume of the music or phone call doesn't need to be really high. The battery will last more than the day for me. I generally have music playing or talking on the phone for 5 to 6 hours.

Good sound and great battery life. The app leaves a little too be desired as the controls are not as intuitive as I've experienced with regular bt earpieces. Great value though.

This is a fantastic bluetooth headset. I was able to pair with two devices. I am able to make calls and receive calls from it. I am also able to listen to music on it. I use it when I work out as well. I like to bike and I am able to wear it while biking and not worry about it falling off. It is light. Worth the price.

This is my 3rd pair of LG Tone headphones. Different models and they always meet my expectations. I would buy no other. The battery life last all day in all models and I work around 12 to 14 hours a day and pretty much listen to music all day. Everyone I know has bought them now. LG tone is the best in my opinion.

I really like this product. It is very comfortable. The ear buds fit easily into my ears and the sound quality is very good. The fact that the main piece fits around your neck is a huge plus. There is no bulky ear piece. I would highly recommend

Sound quality of voice calls is clear and uninterrupted. Have gotten some feedback that calls have an echo or lots of background noise. The microphone is very sensitive which is good and sometimes bad. I use it mostly for conference calls from home, car and office if needed. I use it daily sonce purchasing it and like not having to worry about cords and even forget i am wearing it sometimes. Can be hidden under collard shirts easily too. More expensive models have jbl or better speakers which i do not need but may be worth it if using for music, streaming tv or movies. Overall very happy with the product and worth the price.

Set up was easy. The app. for the tone control and text reading is very good and easy to use. The Bluetooth headphones have real good sound for being the entry level pair in this LG line. The battery life has been better than expected. Overall very please with this purchase and for Best Buy for recommending.

Got these for a present and they work well. Synced them to an IPhone 6 easily and the sound quality is ok. They don't get loud enough to blow your eardrums (if that's what your in to), and they don't make it sound like Mozart's in your head. They work. Use them for runs and they get about a gallon of sweat on them for an hour and haven't broken yet. Battery lasts a while and call quality is again, pretty good. For the price, they are worth it and you won't hate them, but if you can spend more, keep looking.

Excellent sound even if you just have one plug in one ear. You can travel quite a few feet from gadget and still have sound. The only thing is that my ears are small and plugs constantly fall our. If I push them in then they hurt my ears.

Good overall bt headset. Magnets could be a little stronger. Don't flop much when running, but earbuds do seem to work out of ears when active. Has good sound quality.

This headset works great with my phone. The app you can download for it has worked well and having the texts read to you is awesome when you are driving. It has helped me know if a text is important or not to know if I need to get somewhere to respond immediately or not. I kind of wish I had gotten the slightly more expensive set, but this one has served me well so far. Battery life is impressive.
