The only thing I struggle with is trying to get the magnet to catch when they are not in use. Awesome headsets

This is a really good product. However, the on/off button is a little too small and difficult to first find.

bought this for on the go. My job requires me to be on the go and traditional headphones become a hassle when dealing with the wires. This is a great product for not only using with my phone, but also my MP3 device.

i found worked well wifi connected well only problem didn't seem to pick up my voice when on phon e clearly

This product has superseded my expectations by far and has been a part of my daily life since day one now. I would advise you to buy this if you are in the market.

But the new one has worked great. I use it at work to listen to music and retrieve phone calls. I like it.

Bought this product based on the high review rating. Great sound quality on my end but was told I sounded like I was talking into a metal trash can. Took several days to get used to it hanging around my neck but was comfortable. Makes a excellent set of headphones without the wires getting in the way.

love the headset just wish the magnetic part wouldnt fall down all the time and then hook on other things

Awesome product but 1 of the 3 that I purchased has issues. One speaker is louder than the other one, but with the warranty this product has I m sure LG will fix it. The other two I purchased work without any flaws. The sound is great with full dynamics and clarity when you have music playing

All the reviews I read about this product were great but I didn't think the product was worth the price or problems it came with. My main three problems, it's bulky (that I should have considered in the beginning), ear buds do not stay in ear,and while riding in my car listening to my music at a low level, I could not be heard. The noise canceling is overrated!

Is a great hands-free set. Good volume, not to quiet and didn't pick up a lot of road nose when driving.

The audio is great and the battery last a long time. The piece is comfortable around the neck and could be worn all day.

I'm a truck driver and they really work great for me. I can hear my caller clearly and they hear me just the same. I brought a pair for my mom and recommended them to my brother, who is also happy with them now.
