I bought these at the recommendation of my husband. So far they are the best wireless blue tooth currently available. There have been some glitches including incoming and outgoing calls not being detected by the headset. i have to disconnect and reconnect the headset to the phone. The best feature is the out of range detector which lets you know that you have moved more than 25 feet from the phone. This feature has saved me a few times from leaving my phone behind.

I gave this as a birthday present to my mom. She loved it so much. It's convenient and hands free. Amazing noise reduction and sound. My father ended up purchasing one a week later! I recommend

I have purchased 3 pairs of these I love them .. they are great for when I'm riding they fit sleek under my helmet and the sound quality is great even at 100 mph

Great headset having problems remembering which button to push to answer the phone, and the audio equalizer unless your a audio tech I can't tell the difference in the sound. However the sound is great. It's almost invisible in my work shirt with a collar. For exercise it easy to wear and stays out if the way of cables and weights and I'm mostly hands free not attached to my phone . Overall a great buy.

These work great. I've never had any issues with them. The battery life on these are incredible. I have long phone conversations (3 plus hours) and the battery keeps going for about 3 days.

The only con is when I connect to my laptop, I can't go more than 2 feet away without choppiness. But mostly I use paired with my phone and don't have any issues. So not a deal breaker for me.

Great for music, and chatting. Whats great about it is that the headset goes around your neck and the headphones is wireless. I have it in blue and my mother has it in purple. we both love the headset lots. I mainly use it for music and its great to use while going for a run. The only problem I have with it is that it looses connection every once in awhile but it auto connects itself which is good.

I upgraded to this headset from the 700 Model and I love it. it is lightweight yet produces excellent sound quality while either listening to my music via iTunes or listening to a radio app.

My friends at work have these and they love them. So I picked these up for my wife for Christmas. Great for walking the dog, online classes and enjoying music. She loves them. Worth it.

I have had to exchange this product twice. I mainly use it for working out, and I'm guessing the sweat or heat damages the wires, but this never happens with my regular headphones. It's also extremely low in sound to the point where I just throw it in my bag and grab my normal headset. Battery lasts a good amount of time and its a great idea, just not for those who want to use it to workout.

I don't like leaving things in my ears so the tone pro is perfect because it alerts you of a call by vibrating around your neck or interrupting whatever you are listening to. It's the best

This is my third pair of LG Tones. I've used the two models prior to this one. This model is a continued improvement over the previous versions. The sound quality is very good and they have great battery life. They're comfortable for all day wear. They're great if you do a job that requires a lot of movement because you don't run the risk of this headset falling out of your ear. The wires are thin and susceptible to damage, but they're still worth buying.

The product was the best Bluetooth I have ever had, but at times it felt uncomfortable. I only use one earbud but the sound is great and I am heard loud and clear!

Work in a loud place, and these headsets are very clear and loud. You can synchronize this headset with two phones, makes it very handy for my personal & office phone. Battery last for quite some time. Only complaint I have ,is that occasionally I will tilt my head to the left (where the battery is located) and it seems to pause or kill the headset. Regardless great for when I workout. Love them, and will definitely buy the next model when it comes around.

Love he hands free use. however dislike that it disconnects, and I must turn it off and on to reconnect. This usually happens when the batter gets to medium level,

Not only is it comfortable while running on the treadmill but overall I like the fact I can answer my phone calls with this headphone, the calls are clear and I have had no problem with them.

I was wary when I purchased my Pro Bluetooth Headset and admit I expected to return it within the allotted 30-day return period. It took a little "practice" and getting used to this product but after two weeks, I found it easy to operate, I recognized the benefits of this innovative product, and knew I would not be returning it. This item is perfect for use while at home and while out walking and shopping. I don't miss calls while being productive and it especially benefits safer driving since it provides virtually hands free use. I probably would not use this headset while doing serious exercise that produces sweating. Other than that, this is an outstanding product.

surprisingly great sound! Unit around neck takes a bit of getting used to and silicone ear tips aren't easy to change but overall great product for the price

The multiple device feature is cool and the battery life is excellent. The only drawback is that the buds don't stay seated in the unit strongly enough.

Good sound quality. Some quirks with it turning mute on by itself. LG claims they aren't aware of the problem. Great price and shipping time from Best Buy
