Ordered a headset and it was "REFURBISHED". It came in a "SMALL CANDY LIKE BOX". Sent it back for a new one. They sent me another "REFURBISHED" headset in a "SMALL CANDY LIKE BOX". Called customer service and even spoke to a SUPERVISOR and they are the most NASTIEST individuals that should not be working for BEST BUY. They are very RUDE lie to you about products being new when they are REFURBISHED and hang up on you. LG does not use these "LITTLE CANDY LIKE BOXES". See pic.

This headset fits comfortable in ears, great sound quality and resistant to sweat! Only downside is decreased battery life . It's typically dying after an 8 hour day.

This product was nice when it came out. However with the new versions out and at the same price as these I would go with a newer model.

I love the fact that these headphones are wireless. They are very comfortable and the sound is great! We liked them so much they we bought a pair for each of our children.....all 8 of them!

this is my 2nd one it is an older model but I feel it works the best for hands free driving and music . I mostly use it for the phone and it has worked the best for me with the noise cancelling. I drive a noisey work van and I have tried other newer models and they did not work as well ,people on the phone could not here me due to background noise. I am very happy with purchase and I would recommend to a friend

I already own a pair and I bought these for my wife. She likes them very much and has no complaints. I really like them except when I'm playing catch with my son. The buds tend to work themselves loose. This is the only "complaint" I have. Sound great and the controls work very well.

Overall quality is good. Sound, noice reduction, and comfort.

These headphones were advertised as water resistant, which should include light sweat?! They went out after about 6 months use.

I think it's a good product. Whenever you buy something you always want to get your money's worth.

My hands are free and can do other things while I am talking on the phone and I never have to search for my phone because I can answer from my bluetooth device. Very handy for a busy person.

Sound quality is fair. Bluetooth range is horrible. I was told they would work up to 50 ft from device. Let's try 10ft w full battery on both device and headphones. A tad disappointed w that. If battery is half or below they'll cut out when my device is in my pocket, approx 2-3ft from headphones. For price not bad but could be better.

I have brought them a while ago and it lasted almost a year last 2 pairs lasted a couple of months. This time it lasted 2 months luckily I had warranty on them

I would rate these 5 stars. My first pair lasted a year and half, and didn't even go out all the way- the range just seemed to die down. Battery life is good. I am very rough on them, and they seem to last. Bought a second pair. Con: I wish range was longer, for I'm in and out of the truck all of the time. And I wish outside notices weren't obvious, but to get that I'd have to buy the more expensive model

It has great picture quality and sound and easy set up, but one option it's not have bluetooth capability.

Received this item for Christmas and by Spring (approx 15 uses later) it had volume so low I couldn't even hear it power up. I was okay with the issue, because hey, things happen and it's still under warranty. Inside the box is a warranty card stating that as long as the item "has a manufacture code of less than 15months," then a receipt is not necessary--which is good because I don't have a receipt (it was a gift). I called the warranty number on the card and was told by the representative and then the supervisor that I have to have a receipt--then the supervisor (named Joy) hung up on me. Very classy, LG. Very classy. Last item I'll every purchase from LG.
