Good sounding unit with easy to manipulate controls and long lasting battery. Works well wen wearing a half helmet while riding a motorcycle.

So when i researched the best wireless headphones on the market, this Lg model was one of the highest reviewed and recommended. I bought them for my spouse, who stays home To deal with three crazy kids. She absolutely loved the handsfree option, with easy to use controls on either side of the device. The voice clarity is top notch, and the battery life is something uncomparable to whats out there. The only complaint is the signal distance isnt very far, maybe 30-40 before it loses connection, not counting walls in between. But in a decent sized house, or outdoors with no wall blocking the phone, she is able to walk around freely. I even bought myself a pair i was so impressed.

This line of Bluetooth earbuds is amazing for the price. Great sound quality and the build quality is pretty good. My only problem was the right earbud had a short. And the replacement has the same problem. I wonder if it’s user error or a build issue none the less very happy with it and the extended protection from Bestbuy made the exchange a great experience

Great sound & allows me to listen to music for 20 + hours on one charge.

I love the wireless, it has a great range and voice quality. my only problem is this is about my 5th one. After maybe like a year or so the volume stay to fade or people can't hear me. if LG can fix this it would be perfect

The LG Tone Pro is known to me. I was the proud owner of the HBS750 for 2 years before it stopped working forcing me to purchase another one. This time I purchased the updated HBS770. The earphone cable is much thinner than the HBS750 model and the housing for the earbud on the HBS770 does not hold the earbud as well as the HBS750. The HBS750 has a deeper housing; thus, allowing it to hold the earbud securely. The HBS770 does not hold the earbud well. It falls off a lot which puts the earphone cable at risk for tangling in clothing and snapping if it is pulled with excessive force. The sound quality of the HBS750 is clearer.

I'm still trying to get us to the Bluetooth but for now. The ear piece eject good and the sounds is ok. Not loud enough sometimes but I manage. Hopefully I will find a way to get that adjusted but overall Good product!!

I don't like the fact that they are not that durable. I have purchased over 10. They all seem to lose the speaker volume eventually in the earbuds. However I still find that LG is the best headset because the others don't have all the great features. For instance, I can feel the earpiece vibrating on my neck when the phone is ringing. That alerts me that someone is calling even when I'm not near it. Many other options do not allow that. If I'm listening to music oh, I also have the ability to stop, rewind, or fast forward to the next song. Not all devices allow that either. I also don't enjoy the fact they no longer sell their insurance on the earpiece.

Great sound and very comfortable to wear. I deducted a star due to the complexity of the device too many buttons. I had a long learning curve and kept pressing the wrong button while listening to audio books.
