Worked great out of the box but after having to charge it ,although it shows a charge is on, when you turn it on it doesn't light up or work.

Issue with it ringing after i answered the phone.whenever someone called it continues to ring. Turner it off and on just didnt work.

This unit did not work as well as the previous model, and it kept on locking up on me, I had yo keep on resetting it.

Product is not of good quality. Customer service is horrible when you are trying to get your item fixed or replaced

Purchase these to pair with iPhone 7 after 2 months one ear went out with short I advise to buy another brand

This is the worst Bluetooth that I have purchased. People cannot hear you when.you.harm talk on it at all.

Didn't like the wires and thought the magnetic holders were weak. Returned them within 1 day of purchase.

are very good headphones but I do not like is that they break down quickly and the cord is very skinny.

Had original sets of these & they were good, all the new ones are junk. (770's & all others sold now)

After a couple of months these headphones catch a short and you can only hear through one ear.

I had the LG HBS-750's for about 2 years. They sounded good for music, but not great. They were great for phone calls. I used one of the ear pieces and was able to be hands-free. No-one ever complained about background noise or the ability to hear me. They eventually developed an issue powering on with the switch. Sometimes it was slow, sometimes I had to hit them to get them to power up. So I thought, let's upgrade. The HBS-770's were the next logical upgrade, but I liked the build quality and look of the HBS-910. So I went that route first. They sounded pretty good, better than the 750's, but not worth the money difference. They had two awful problems. The wires come out the end which makes them feel like they are forever tugging the earbuds out of my ears. They also do not retract properly. So out of disappointment I returned those and got the HBS-770's. The HBS-770's magnets are weak so they do not pull back into the neckpiece very well, but that is minor. They sound ok for the money, no real complaints, but definitely not HI-FI. The real problem with the HBS-770's is that they pick up background noise like there's no tomorrow. People on my calls can hear things in the background that my ears cannot even hear. So that's really good for the mics, but really bad for the product in general. Unless LG comes out with a noise reduction product more similar to the 750's and 770's than the 910's I am going to be forced to find another manufacturer for my headset. It's sad because I really liked the original set that I got. I've been wearing them around my neck every day for about 3 years. The 770's now for a few months, don't remember exactly, maybe 5-7 months, but they are going to have to go soon. LG, please make a product with noise reduction, higher end sound and the wires that come out the sides of the neckpiece like the 750's

Second LG head phones bought and they both stop working with in a couple of days.

Do not waste your money. Buy another brand not this one.

Had it 22 days & it went out. BB didn't take it back.
