I brought this product for friend that has hearing problems and he said that it was the best gift he has received. It has great wireless range, great sound quality and easy to operate.

The product is good but what I didn't like about it is the sound is weak also the bass suck

These were bought during an exchange/replacement of the Tone Infinim wireless earbud headphones from LG. That particular pair wasn't in stock and based on a recommendation from the best buy rep in the store that handled my exchange, I went with these. He said "much better sound quality and they're flexible so they won't break as easily." That last part was very TRUE, HOWEVER the part about the sound? Not so much. I've experienced instances of complete disconnect when my connected device is in a pocket or not directly "in sight" of these. The sound is scratchy and average at best. I tend to have my earbuds in A LOT because I travel for work and use music to tune all of the negativity out. These don't really allow for that on a consistent basis. I realize this is the popular pair, but the others were problem free for the year we spent together, until the end of it snapped and had to be replaced. The "GEEK" warranty is great to have in this instance. I will say that the different ear bud tips do tend to "control" the amount of bass you're going to receive. These need a definite "SEAL" in the ear to be even remotely functional...

These head phones are awesome. The sound is very clear and they are overall great!

I the color sound is good easy to connect to my phone.the price was right. Get one.

Bought these headphones for my 14 year old. ...and loves them.. the one and only problem is that sometimes even when your close to your phone it'll start breaking up and sounds horrible sometimes if it doesn't fix on its own you have to turn them off and reset them.. other than that issue. .. awesome headphones. ..

You have to download an app to use this particular brand of headset. Then the app caused my phone to crash several times.

Great headphones very convenient just have hung around your neck and pull them off and use them when you feel like it you not even notice that there. Battery last long time as well

Worked very well until I needed to get a second pair of headphones. Recommend the purchase of the Geek Squad warranty.

Fits well in my ears as most others that wrap around the ear hurt after a while.

They work well as a bluetooth headphone/ear bud set. Sound was not that great. Very flat. I ended up returning them.

I've purchaced 3 different types of ear buds at 3 different prices and theses are the best value for waht you get.

These Bluetooth are great. I having LG. Customers service is always great to.

When I first got these they were great for about a week then I started noticing some sound problems. The volume just seemed to not be as great but thought maybe it was just the quality of the song. Well today not even a month later the left ear is so low it's barely audible. Now I would try and make a suggestion but with the way products are made these days everything is poor quality.

Idk if its my product but I have a lot of frying noises & cutting in & out.. Time to time it makes this alien sounds

Headphones are great and flexible. They don't get in the way if your trying to exercise or move around. Sound quality is great.

I am personally addicted to these wireless headsets but I have had so many issues with them. My recommendation is do not buy unless you purchase the warranty. I have had several headsets but when I purchased these as a gift for my mother in law & father in law and both have the same issue brand new out of the box there's a problem. (You can only hear out of one side of the headset)

I love this headset because the sound quality is great and i also like the design. The only thing I do not like is that the ear plugs sometimes do not stay on the magnetic.
