I thought it was going to sound like any other bluetooth product but I was wrong. It was BETTER !!! Quality sound , easy to use and very comfortable. Love it !!

Work well sound is good is light but the ear piece will not stay in

I like the headset. It provides good sound, is easy and comfortable to wear, and can actually slide under the collar of many of my shirts while I'm at work. The range that it works away from the phone is nothing to be amazed at, but it does allow for a bit of movement away from the phone. I like the product, will probably be getting one for my wife, as well.

I lost my trusty LG HBS-730 Bluetooth headphones so, hey time for an upgrade! Well....disappointed. The earpiece housings are larger then the previous models, almost barrel shaped where my 730's have a taper towards the bud end. Due to this change, I was unable to fully insert the earpiece into my ear as the non tapered shape would hit the outside of my ear before full insertion and seal. No difference with different size earpieces. So no seal meant loss of bass and definition. Will it work for you, Maybe? I'm a big guy, but all ears are different. Thanks Best Buy for an easy return. Since returning, the job site where I lost my 730's found them. YAY!!!

His favorite Bluetooth so far. Can hear great no background noise.

Great sound quality and great headphones I never hold my phone

Bluetooth works great, charges fast, and connects quickly to my cell phone. I love that it tells the battery level each time you turn it on. I do think it's a bit pricey and I don't like how the earbuds detach from the magnetic holder A LOT. I would have given it 5 stars but the earbuds dangling really is annoying when it's supposed to be magnetic...

I love having the wireless earbuds while working in the yard. I can hear the music when the lawnmower and the blower are on. It is great not to have a cord.

The sound is great. It connected easily to my iPhone 6. The only thing I don't like is the looping wires when you put the buds back in their home position. If I were to buy another set, I would upgrade to the model with the retractable wires. Overall, it's still a great unit.

It's a very nice product I am enjoying it I would recommend this product to another person sounds good like to feel the price is also very reasonable sound quality is not bad Bluetooth could be a little longer have a distance to here problem keeps disconnecting sometimes but all in all this still a good product and connecting the device is very easy

The tone pro worked very well at first. In about a years time, one speaker (ear) stopped working. Before then, the sound was great. It was large enough for me to keep up with and light enough (weight) for me not to notice I had it on sometimes.

I have LG G3 phone and was looking for earphones for a while. LG Tone Pro almost perfect compliment for it. Set up is easy for techie or newbie. Very good sound and connection after initial setup.There are two things that need improvement: 1. Distance is very limited when you cannot carry source with you. 2. It keeps moving on your neck.
