I'm a vendor and I always have to be on the phone and deliver. This hands free headset allows me to work and talk without any hassle of wires getting in my way and the talk time is amazing I spend at least 8hrs straight on it and it stays charged

I had Serve a pair they seem to last a year or two but one side usually wears out best to get the warranty with it overall I give it a four star

They were very easy to connect to my phone and so far they have been a great investment

I have terrible luck with headphones but these are working well. The only issue I have is the around the shoulder design bounces when I jog which is slightly uncomfortable.

Overall, I am pleased with this product. However, it has a major design flaw, where the "call button" is located where it's very easy to make accidental phone calls...

This definitely makes life so much easier. The hands free concept makes multi-tasking while talking on the phone a breeze. Cal quality is not the best, but still works.

I am enjoying my lone pro! It does the job it's supposed to do. The calls sometimes are a little spotty and I wish it interacted with iPhones as well as it does androids.

My 2nd pair of around the neck style headsets. The 1st was returned within 48 hours. These LG headsets are better but still have connectivity issues. I may be tall at 6'4, but it shouldn't have problems playing music or talking when the phone is on my hip. Outside, it will disconnect repeatedly. Inside, I have fewer dropped signals. I think I may need to upgrade. Capitalism at its finest baby! Yeah!

Around the neck took a little getting used to but I like it much better than the "over the ear" , typical Bluetooth pieces.

I bought two of this headsets, one blue for my husband and a black one for me, my husband's works just fine but with mine I have a ton of issues, people always complains that they cannot hear me or that I sound like a robot and they cannot make up what I say, only when the phone is literally on my chest super close to the headset is when it works, the volume also is not good enough if you make calls in places with music like stores or so, blasting the volume you can barely hear the person on the other side of the line. I bought this to free myself from wires because I kept on getting caught on things, my cats tried to play with them and my chinchilla kept trying to chew the wire but now I'm back to use the iPhone headphones, at least they work fine :/ My husband and I have the exact same phone and my Bluetooth works just fine with the car stereo that also has hands free calling, this makes me be sure that the issue is in the headphones. Today I'm going to the store to return this and I hope that my husband's don't start failing after the return policy expires :( Do yourself a favor and either try them before buying or don't buy at all.

this is the third pair of LG Tone headsets I have purchased. The first two pair were for my kids, I was constantly borrowing them. Third pair is great. No more sharing.

This is a definite buy product. great sound and comfortable. good call answering options but it just doesn't tell you who is calling. that would be the coolest option

These headsets are okay to use with good sound and holds a charge though I would strongly suggest going with the 2 year replacement to be on the safe side

I love my headset especially when cleaning house and out running. Only thing better is if it would have come in "Pink" to match just about every other tech item I have.

Highly recommend for business calls. Music play back is decent, call quality is superior and the neck brace is comfortable.

I've actually enjoyed these headphones. They work excellent and are comfortable, but I don't care for the magnetic earbuds because they don't stay in place well.

These headphones have been a great purchase. Not having the pesky cords have been great while running and working out. I would highly recommend these headphones.

This is not my first pair of LGs BT headphones. Nice sound and the battery charge holds for days. I like being able to answer my calls and just keep up with whatever Im working on.

Works good but the 650 LG I had before worked better. When on the phone my fellow coworkers cannot always hear me clearly causingm e to have to repeat myself .

i cant find anything i dont like about them except they pick up ALL the background noise. it was easier to manage with a headset but they work great other than that
