The set up and sound worked just fine; but they were a little tight around my neck and it weirded me out...i'm a regular sized guy, so a big guy would be even worse...probably should have tried them on first. I returned them after two days.

This item is great. You can listen to text messages, music, and even set up a mini contact book to use through the headset without using your phone to actually call.

The headset is very durable. I use it during my runs (two miles/day). Battery lasts quite a while. There are voice ques when powered on that tells you the battery power. The ear buds are not retractable but it's not a deal breaker.

I purchased this product not knowing if I would like them or not but they are great!!! I use them almost all the time for my everyday life from work to workout.

This headset is decent at best. I love the concept but have had a couple different ones and just continue to have small glitches that make me not want to give them another try. My latest set has one ear piece that works and the other one doesn't. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I purchased this to give away as a door prize so I can't speak to the quality of the item but I can say that Best Buy in Lufkin, Texas has great customer service.

It's very comfortable and works great! I love it! I would definitely recommend this style over the Bluetooth that clips on your ear. It's much more comfortable.

I love this headset. It has great clarity and the color is phenomenal. I like that you don't have to search for the answer button, it's in a very convenient area.

Had another brand previously...got caught on something and ended up tearing out the wires. This headset doesn't seem to have that same issue. Would recommend it.

Water resistant. Decent for working out in in the hot summer months.
