I purchased this item but returned soon after. I did not see much wrong with the wireless headset. I just chose to go with the traditional wireless earpiece. I recommend the item only if you do not mind having this around your neck constantly.

I love it . It's hand free you can drive, you can walk around the kitchen and don't have to worry about touching your phone .

This headset is a replacement of the old version LG and it's better and provides excellent sound quality and battery duration.

This item was purchased for my wife and she experiences issue with the earpieces staying in her ear. Granted that these devices are not gender specific; however, she has not been able to use as effectively as a previous LG purchase I had made.

Worked as expected, pair with apple product is perfect to listen to music and video. Great to use for daily conference call.

Unfortunately the previous LG Tone model was better. This one lacks clarity, volume, & picks up more background noise. Not able to use, it sits in the desk drawer. I do not recommend purchasing

At first, I did not like my headset but over time it grew on me. I love the headset now. Its easy to use and very convenient.

This is a nice headset. It is very easy to set up and pair with my phone. The battery life is surprisingly good and charges fast. The range could be a little better but it's not too bad.

This is my second one. The first one lasted for 4 years, which is way longer than I expected. I'll never own another brand.

These headphones are perfect for and active daily work schedule in and out of the car, phone calls while driving, and music.

Used while going on runs and work very well. Comfortable to where you can't even really tell the piece is laying on your neck.

I would of never bought it if I found out online I can get it for 43.00 after taxes and shipping. Plus best buy wont price match them cause they say it is a marketplet vendor. They use every execuse in the book to try to avoid a price match.

This is my third pair of LG Tones. On the job, I am very rough on these and they hold up pretty well. I keep buying them.

My job requires me being on my phone all the time. In a state that being on a phone is against the law, it works very well!!

The wireless headset is especially good to listening any downloads or music through Bluetooth. Not particularly clearly well connected to receive or make calls through the cell phone.

Purchased for my friend and he loves it. It does not have the retractable buds but it is still a great and trendy product.
