    I've had several LG Bluetooth headphones and I LOVE them. I can't do without them now and have given them as gifts as well...but this pair was a disappointment. They didn't stay on my neck, moved around--a problem I never had before. The wires for the earbuds were much thinner than my last pair ( discontinued now after 2-3 years) and nothing felt right. People had trouble hearing me--I use these with my iPhone. I returned them and got model LG 810--and they are fantastic!!

    I've had warranties on almost every pair that LG has, & within 6 months they've all broken on me. It always starts out w/ just one headphone, & then it travels from there.

    I had to purchase this model because all other models of this item were out of stock at my local retailer. It's okay if you don't move around too much. Would have rather purchased the active model.
