this product, LG - Tone Pro Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Black, is great, no hands needed to talk on cell phone. if you sweat while wearing them, the system begins to sound muffled and/or the phone starts acting up, it does strange things like, drops calls, doesn't let you answer calls and you cant connect with anyone. after your headset dries, you can start again but don't sweat.

when working if I turn my head left or right it makes calls to people on my contact list that I did not make directly.

The cord that attaches to the speakers is very thin and I anticipate will break shortly like another pair I had from LG.

The product stop working after a month. Left side went out first then right side went out. I only had it one month.

The ear plugs work good. But they should have a hook to stay in your ear. I would definitely recommend the product.

This is not directed at this specific device but all that hang on neck - too big/ heavy. Prefer old style on one ear

No dynamic range Does not hold Bluetooth connection even at close range. too pricey for such bad performance.

I try to find something on this earplugs, but I couldn't. For the use that I need for it didn't become handy.

Third return for the same reason. Low quality earbuds. Not worth the money . Wires are too thin and flimsy .

Nothing new on these newest design of head phones they are tweeking things but of no importance for more money

This headset was not as durable as I had hoped. Only after about a month the left earbud has ceased to work.

Design: It looks much slimmer and they have returned to cylinder-like design... 760 had more edges and 750 had more rounds... So I guess they are back with 750 style... Sound quality: Very decent for the price. It lacks in bass little when compared to HBS-760 but much much clear highs when I listen to classics and vocals... These things are always give and take... I don't like the sound of Beats as they have exaggerated bass and you get very soon, tired of it.... so I guess LG has done it's job to balance things out. Durability: Ok... the wires got much thinner than the previous models. I think they are as thin as expensive Tone series like Tone Infinim & Tone Platinum... So my question is, has LG upgraded the wires of 700 series like its 900 & 1100 series? Well it's stated that they are made of Kevlar Fibers of Dupont from the package... and apparently, Kevlar fibers are used mostly for parachute wires and bullet proof jacket according to Wiki... So I have yet to see its durability... But sounds like a good deal for me ... Battery life: Never have worried about Tone's battery life.... Lasts a week. Overall: I think they are still the best bluetooth headset so far... I'd like to try 1100 one day but I am more on the practical person side so I am good with 700 series...

Sound is terrible the magnet does not work to hold at your earpiece well the sound sounds really low

Purchased this as my first one died. Most of the time it is sketchy at best when being used to talk.

It doesn't work that well with iPhones, sometimes the people on the other end can't hear me talking.

I wanted retractable ear buds so I did not like it. I returned it for the model that fit my need.

I like them but they go out to quick and then it can be days before it connect to your phone again

Not enough range without interference. Like wireless and ear fit

This is the second time we have had to replace this Bluetooth. Left ear plug stops working.
