Move mic

I bought this one when I left my older set at home. My contacts told me that my voice would become muffled during conversations. I discovered that my excess neck skin was covering the mic when I would turn my head. That's it.

Not Very Comfortable

This new headset was uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality was not bad for me, but the people I called has difficulty hearing me frequently. Definitely not my first choice for a high quality Bluetooth headset.

Started well then downhill

The magnet for the earbuds isn't strong enough and they pop loose. After only 30 days they started "crackling" during phone calls so I will try to return them. I liked the design of Insignia headphones much better.
