    This is the second LG Bluetooth that I have purchased from Best Buy. This recent purchase has a muffled sound. NOT Good!! It is soooo bad that I have not used it in weeks and have gone back to one that I purchased at Verizon which is much better quality. Do not spend your money on this product.
