This is second time doing a return with the same faulty headphones. Not sure why a pricey item such as this has a manufacturing defect.

If I turn my head or place my phone in my pocket I hear "trying to connect". The previous tone pro headset was much better. I never these problems with the previous headset.

I would not buy

However my husband was insistent upon getting these for himself and so we purchased them to make him happy. That happiness did not last long as a few weeks in his earphones stopped connecting to his phone and then when they would connect he would loose calls or the earphones would not pick up the call. After a month of resetting and repairing he finally decided to listen to me and return the item. He used my earphones so much he decided to purchase a pair of his own and now the happiness has returned.
