My mom loves it and uses it every day. Hold a charge and sounds clear. Only complaint is when there is a lot of noise around her, the person on the other end hears EVERY THING.

But its the style that's needed.must come up with a better idea for holding the wires because the little loops come off within the 1st month with no warning.

The battery life is long the microphone is excellent the sound and the volume is great. This is my second one of these and the first one lasted a long time and never even wore out. I had an accident and broke it
