Good clear sound, easy to set up, last a long time...

Bought this headset less than a month ago. First thing I noticed was that the wires were extremely thin, much thinner than previous models. Not sure if it is a contributing factor, but the left earbud is shorting out. It works when it wants to. I use it every day at work and love the sound (when it works properly). The battery life is also extremely good. I have been with LG for years now going back to the HBS 700. But I can't seem to get more than 3 or 4 months out of a headset. They have all had issues of some sort unfortunately. And I'm sure LG will respond to this review and I'll end up in a private message with them. I got in touch with them recently in reference to my HBS 730 which had a similar earbud shorting issue, and I had to mail it to them to get checked out. About 2 weeks later they shipped me an HBS 750 to replace it but I already had a 750 which I gave to my wife because the mic was bad and people said I sounded muffled on the phone, my wife only uses it for music at work so it suits her fine. Anyway, LG is still my favorite brand/type for Bluetooth headsets, I just wish they could get their act together and produce a product that will last a year or two. And if a product is having known issues, don't make them go through all the hassle of mailing the product in and in the meantime have no headset. I actually went out of my way to purchase this headset at best buy because of their warranty program (knowing I would likely have issues with the headset). A friend told me how easy it is to exchange the headset when it had issues and it's much easier to just drive over there and return it instead of doing the whole mail return process (even though I have to pay for the warranty).

I bought this headphones to replace my previous earphones. It does what I need it to do, without being trapped by a cord. I would've rated it a 5, but it occasionally slips out of my ear.

Nice blue tooth device, so much nicer then having something stuck in your ear all day. Just have to becareful you don't let the speaker go under your collar. Over alll a great product.

Quality: The sound Quality is very good and is crystal clear without any distortion. Make It is very stylish and the ear buds are easy to grip to ear and are magnetic, gives an elegant look Range: It has a good range of about 30-50 ft when connected via Bluetooth and pairing to your phone is breeze.

My husband and I have been using LG Tones for years now. They are good sound quality and have a long battery life. The only downside is they only seem to work 100% for six months to a year. Then he sound in one side or the other of the ear buds will stop working. We started buying the warranties because of this issue but other than that we are very satisfied. We do use them 4-5 days out of the week for extended periods those days for work purposes so they definitely get put to a good test!

I have been wearing my LG Bluetooth headset from AM to PM for almost 3 years! This is my 3rd one (due to the fact that I always have it on.) It is beyond convenient to be on the phone with these. I can do work, dishes, laundry, drive, walk, just about anything. Where this was imperative was when I am at work I am not allowed to be on the phone but my son had to walk home from school. With these he was able to called me when he was leaving school, I didn't talk just answered and listened. Once he was home safe I hung up. Shhh. no one knew. The Sound quality is great ! Highly recommend. Also highly highly recommend the Geek Squad insurance. If anything happens to them they get replaced,,, no hassle !! Fantastic option worth every penny !!

I would enjoy these headphones. They are great for listening to music and talking on the phone. Would not recommend wearing them while running or working out.

These are exactly what you're looking for. They are good sound, easy to use and comfortable to wear. You wouldn't be disappointed with this purchase. So, what are you waiting for? Add them to your cart or run out to the store and get yours before they're gone and you mis out.

I purchased this headset a year ago to use for a work at home job opportunity. Now a year later with almost daily user it is still going strong. I use it when I go on walks, when I want to listen to a book at night, and for many other uses too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the battery power notifications go from "Battery High" to "Battery Medium" and then when the battery gets too low, it beeps and you and then just shuts off. I just try to make sure I keep it charged up every 3 days and don't have that happen to me anymore!

Overall I am very happy with this headset. It quickly pairs with all of my devices and the sound is very good. There are moments when it is connected to my hp EliteBook that it can sound tinny, but since it is only that device, I guess it could be caused by the laptop itself. Sometimes when multiple devices are nearby it connects to more than one, like my laptop and iPod. It will only play sound from one, but when I walk away from the laptop it keeps notifying me that it is out of range and trying to reconnect even though the audio from the iPod is still playing just fine.

They are comfortable, and light weight. The sound produced is really great and worth my money. I can easily run on the treadmill with these headphones in.

Its a good price with decent sound quality. Bought them for my family memebers as gifts. Dont really notice them around your neck and great battery life

I enjoy this wireless headset for the great sound and the comfort while using. The battery life on this unit is great for me since I do not talk on the phone much, but it is always charged for a long time, a plus for me. I would and have recommended this product.

The sound quality is good. It does not cancel out noise as well as other earbuds. The setup was easy and it sit comfortably on my neck.

Bought these headphones to use while driving and at the gym. Sound quality is pretty good, and battery life lasts about 2-3 days. They are very comfortable to use and you almost feel like you're not wearing them sometimes. Strongly recommend.

Best Bluetooth out there as far as I am concerned. I love it so much that this is my third one. They have lasted for about 2 years and the sounds quality is great. The only reason I replaced the other two was by the wires came loose from use..

These headphones are very good has good quality sound and are wireless so they are good for working out without having the cord attached

The LG Pro wireless headsets are great!! Battery life is outstanding I can easily go a week wearing these everyday at work! I have gotten so use to them I hate holding a phone up to my ear now. Range is excellent and I also ride a motorcycle and these are great for music and drowning out wind noise... Worthy of mention is the fact that I don't have to shut these off when I get in my vehicle as my trucks blueooth takes over, and when I exit my vehicle my headsets just take over. Also when you download the LG app. These will read out the text for you!!! Great if your riding and have your phone in your pocket!! I only use one ear piece when talking and that allows me to stay focused on what I'm doing... We have two of these paired with the Galaxy S7 Edge. My wife is a hair stylist and loves hers as wel!! I highly recommend these!!

This LG headphone has an unusual but very comfortable behind-the-neck design. It also has good audio quality, especially for music.
