I bought these on sale on a whim after I had purchased and returned both Beats by Dre and Samsung earbuds because they hurt my ears. These are very comfortable and paired immediately with my S7. They are great when I go running and even as a Bluetooth headset work phenomenal.

I had HBS-750s and wanted to see if the HBS-770 could pickup my phone bluetooth signal any better. It does seem to be slightly better, less drop out when I have the phone in the holster but still have to shift the phone to a front pocket for reliability. On the other hand, I find the controls on the 770s to be much more convenient. I like both 750s and 770s but the 770s are much more easily controlled. Sound is good on both.

I generally love the LG brand headphones but they have always lost sound in one or both ear(s) after using them about a month.

I do like these but only complaint I have if the cords don't retract & sometimes get annoying or catches on stuff. Was worth the price compared to others.

Wanted some simple and lightweight for work!! They work great and have a great battery life. Would definitely recommend them. Easy to charge, easy to use, and decent price!

the magnets that hold the ear buds in place need to be stronger. They fall off easily. Other than that it's great. It's light weight. I don't even realize they are there.

The sound quality is great, and people can hear me great. Have two observations: 1- It should 'announce' either the number or the name of who is calling. 2- It`s easy to accidentally re-dial the last number due to the button positioning. Other than this, it`s a great product, and battery lasts at least 2 days for me.

Great product. The wires bother me and get caught but the product is dependable with really good sound. Wish there were different colors to choose from

The headsets are worth the cost, they're lightweight and great sound quality.

This is probably the best pair of headphones I have owned to date. Comfortable fit, easy to setup and great sound with noise cancellation. A bit pricey but worth it!

I bought this for my wife as a gift and she has loved it since day one. She was wanting one for a while and after reading the reviews on this one I decided to pick it. And I'm happy with my purchase. My wife has had no complaints about it so I would recommend it!

I love my headset. I upgraded after two years and I was glad I did. I was orginial going to get the retractable style but thought better. I wish LG would include extra clips. I had to get use to the new placement of the charger, answer, and volume buttons.

It's light weight, flexible and easy to use. The best option or feature is that it allows you to have full mobility. It doesn't interfere with jewelry and/or hair.

These sound great. I use them on the jog. They are so light, I forget I have them on. Also, real convenient to use while driving, no phone to fumble around with.

Good battery life. Multiple device connectivity is awesome for people that carry multiple devices. (I.e. iPhone, iPad, etc) Sound quality is pretty good too.

These are my second pair of LG Tone pros. I liked the model before this one. They were more sleek, flat and modern looking. These look like the original model meaning they're a rounded cylinder shape. I like the new detail on the side. It kind of looks like scales. HOWEVER, the wire is WAAAAAAYYY thinner than the previous model. These will break EASILY!!! Don't go with this model there's nothing special about it. The manufacturer won't cover this to be exchanged in the store so you're kind of forced to buy a Geek Squad plan unless you're willing to send it out to LG yourself.

They work great, although would have like to at least been able to see one out of the box and/or see how they worked before purchasing the item.

So far I haven't used the unit that often. The earbuds connected fine with my two different Samsung galaxy products using bluetooth. The sound was okay for me but, audiophiles may not find it suitable. The stated range of use also did not perform as described. The first time I used them I was approximately 15 feet away from the source, my galaxy tab S2. There were two walls between me and the source of my music and every time I turned my head to the left the sound became garbled or the unit disconnected and gave a warning that I was out of range. The second time I was approximately 5 feet on the other side of a wall from the source and the same thing would happen only this time the unit wouldn't disconnect completely the sound would just become garbled. I don't know if I have a defective unit or if this is normal as this is my first time using any type of earbuds. I like the wrap around the neck feature, The buttons take a little time getting used to and overall they fit my ears well and perform for what I need them for the most.

The newer LG headsets seem to be holding bluetooth signal well. I purchased two units for our employees to use while driving and working in the field. The price drop is good and the audio quality is nice as well. Good for phone calls and listening to music
