I never leave anywhere without my Bluetooth headphones the sound quality on them are amazing they don't pick up as much background noise as my old set of bluetooth headphones

The unit is not a one size fits all. The same issue as with many other brands. I gave them to my wife who used them for about four months and they quit working.
