Very comfortable with excellent sound and ear plugs do not fall out.

So this is my first Bluetooth headset. I decided to get one in case I wanted to try the iPhone 7 - I wanted to see how a mid-priced Bluetooth headset compared to a comparably priced wired headset before taking the plunge. Overall I'm not too impressed. The battery life is okay, but I have to charge it in the middle of the day. I'm not an audiophile, but I thought the sound quality was fine. But what bothered me is that occasionally it loses connection or something and the music cuts out for a second. Very annoying. Not sure if it's just this headset, or if this is a problem with Bluetooth headsets in general.

I upgraded to from earlier model of this headset_ but unfortunately these do feel as durable becuase of the smaller ear plug wires and the magnet does not hold as well.

The headphones great for hand free phone calls, music and easy setup

Charges fast, good sound seems to hold up to sweat during exercise

I was pretty pleased with these headphones for listening to music while cleaning and exercising, and not as happy using them to talk on the phone. People often complained I sounded like I was talking inside a tunnel. I could live with that, but two months in, after using four - five hours weekly, the right side has a short in the wire and the sound goes in and out. Took them back to Best Buy, and they said they don't carry this model anymore and I will have to deal with LG. I can't believe Best Buy can't help me with replacement when it has been less than 90 days. Disappointed with LG and Best Buy.

They are ok. Sound is fine.. they go out of range even when the phone is close. Sometimes static while taking on the phone. I personally like the old version better..

I drive 200 plus miles daily for my job. I am in and out of my truck throughout the day and my phone never stops ringing. This necklace Bluetooth is the best invention ever for my line of work. Voice clarity is excellent on both ends and voice texting is also more accurate. Love it!
