I like the way it feel it would be even better if it was water proof so in case i get stuck in the rain it will be ok. As well as having the voice function where it tell you who is calling

Easy Bluetooth setup. Audio quality good for voice. Not music quality, but they are earbuds, not earphones. Like the push button retraction for cables. Cost too much; bought them anyway.

Twice I have had this model fail in use when one earbud drops sound out first intermittently and then consistently. First time BestBuy replaced due to being within return period with no problem. Second time I sent into LG and they wound up returning without servicing or replacing and did not inform me of this until I called since it had not been repaired. They wanted different receipt copy than what I sent and did not communicate that in any way until I called. Horrible customer service experience with LG.

I like the headphones overall. The quality is very clear. My only issue with them is they cords do not stay in place when I'm not using them.

I was really looking for just a little more from this headset. The sound quality is ok. I thought the sound would be much fuller. It comes up short in a full quality sound. Also, the pairing is not the greatest. Once paired to my phone, I would put the phone in my back pocket and I would lose sound and the message would say, trying to pair. Over all, if your looking for a richer sound, you would probably look at a different headset.

I purchased these for work, & had to get them replaced 3 times because the ear buds would stop working or it would break.

Overall, this is a chill product. This was bought as a replacement for the HBS 750. The button navigation is different from the older models, so that takes a bit of adjusting to.

Really good for all of you but you have the same thing as the same thing and it is just a matter that you have no idea how much you have done it to me I that is the same thing

I love these; they work great when they're working. However, I have used my warranty 3 times already and it has been less than a year.

My headphones were retractable I was really enjoying them until it got to the point where I could only here out of 1 earbud , haven't had them 6 months,not cool at all !!!

Did not like the fit. The connected wires were thin and flimsy. Seems if it ever got caught on anything it would pop.coiled awkwardly, did not lay flat or close to it. Very disappointed. Gave it to family member. LG has better . This is the third I've bought, but second for myself. Other one had thicker wire and the magnet worked better.

I absolutely love my tones! They are a must have I'd you like to be on your phone hands free! Even when my phone is on silent, they vibrate to let me know I have a call.

Great headset when connected via Bluetooth while watching movies or listening to music. I find that background noises while talking is somewhat amplified and not as clear.

I really love this headphones. They work well with all of my devices. They fit well in my ears and they also come with adjustable inserts. The audio come through clear.

I have purchased many LG headsets in the past and this one was great for listening to music, but was not good for phone calls.

Love these headphones, no more wires connecting me to my phone, they have about a 15 - 20 foot range. You can answer the phone and listen to music or audiobooks from your phone with them. The only problem I have is when my phone is in my back pocket and I am walking, they sound garbled then.

Not familiar with brand or its product not bad for product quality though i expected better bur overall satisfied has heard brand provides an better product for the money

I've only had it for 3 months and it doesn't work properly. I cannot hear the caller but the caller can hear me. I would not recommend buying this particular one.
