This is my review after using my wireless headset for several weeks. So happy with my second purchase. The first one was for my mother who is 81. She loved it so much I immediately bought another one. Great sound quality, build quality is excellent. Mother and daughter team going strong for years with LG Tone wireless headsets.

Sound: Great audio and base Microphone: As a professional looking to use this for conference calls through the computer, the microphone quality is not acceptable for that purpose. Design: Love the retractable ear bud wires and magnetic attach. I have small-ish ear canals, so I was hoping for three sizes of bud to chose from, but it only comes with medium and large, no small-ish. If you aren't necessarily needing a quality microphone and you don't have issues with average size in-ear buds, then I would recommend these headphones.

The multi-task button is difficult to use and impossible to feel with gloves. Older models had fast forward and replay button on the other side which I prefer. I also prefer the button initiated recoil for the ear buds rather than the tug and release on this model. BUT, the basic design and sound quality of LG neck band is still great for outdoor use where I worry about loosing stand alone ear buds. Water/rain resistance would be nice.

For the price, they sound good. The battery life is great. I use these for work Monday through Friday. I listen to music practically all day while at work. I still have battery life even after eight hours straight use. No problems with the retractable ear pieces. I probably pull those things 10-20 times a day when im at work.

I think these headphones have as good of sound quality at the more expensive brands and I really like the fact that it hangs around my neck so I'm not worried about losing an ear bud. They are nice looking and easy to work. Highly recommend.

Have purchased these twice before and they sound great and have longevity only purchase another one because of my grandson blew one of the speakers in them. Been using this brand since 2014.

Very clear sound. It was easy to set up. The quality of the material good. Would recommend it to family and friends.

Love it. Light weight, holds charge for long time, and charges quickly. My hands are free while doing tasks.

I will forever buy this style of headphones cause they are so convenient. I especially enjoy the retractable bud feature, except this pair that I am using just broke. The right side retractable mechanism has stopped working and doesn't lock into position anymore so I will be returning them for a replacement as I can't do without this product. One of the main features that this doesn't have that my other ones did was the speaker option. That was cool. Wish they bring back this option in another model.

Good audio, great battery life. Not so easy to lose. Tangle free.

This is a great Bluetooth option, since it goes around your neck. You don't have to store earbuds or wonder where you put them, since this is always with you! It works perfectly (good reception), & the buttons are well-located. The only negative is the earbuds are retractable, instead of magnetic, & I wonder if the retractable mechanism will last for the 3-4 years I plan to use this. Other than that, perfect!

This headset is very useful to me. I connect via Bluetooth to my iPad or iPhone and listen to audiobooks without having to be physically connected. When my phone rings it automatically pauses my book. Then when I hang up it restarts the book. This is very convenient .

These are light weight, have great sound, Work great, Love them!

It’s not as nice as the Insignia I purchased for my husband about a year ago but it’s ok. It’s a little right around his neck ashes it’s not as sturdy and it doesn’t have the little buttons on the side to roll the ear pieces in. There you have to kind of pull on them so they roll up if you get what I mean.

The bluetooth set works great and the sound is very nice
