    The microphone does not work well. No one can hear me when I try to make a phone call. I've tried everything to try and make it work better. Nothing has...Now best Buy won't take it back or exchange it. I am not happy with this product nor Best Buy

    I had to return these headsets which was disappointing. I have been an LG Bluetooth headset fan for years. It is hard to find a good quality set now. Call quality was horrible

    This bluetooth headset did not even last 30 days. My voice was either muffled, unintelligible or I couldn't be heard at all. What a waste of money! Really disappointed in this LG product.

    Works Great!

    I have a older model; HBS700 and still works! What I love about it that you can answer your phone calls by a click on the headphone. It also mentions the name of the person who is calling. It's lightweight and lays comfortably. I can pair with my Apple Pro laptop. In my case, I was fortunate to find at a Thrift store.
