A: I’m a truck driver and I use it all day long and at the gym too, you listen to music, talk plus you don’t feel it on your neck its very good quality

Q: Does it vibrate on your neck to let you know of incoming calls and text?
A: Yes, they do vibrate when you receive a call or text. I have an LG Tone app downloaded to my phone. It reads my text messages to me.
Q: What is the different between the 830 and 835 models?
A: Model HBS-835 is a newer version in the production series in comparison to model HBS-830. A: Retracts via pull but don't pull hard you can damage the ear bud wires. They are not flimsy they are flexible.
A: My headset has issues with anyone hearing when used with phone. I can't use that function and am trying to figure out if there is anything I can do before returning. Given this experience, your computer might not hear your voice. I purchased in late December 2020, so have only had a short time to try to solve the issue.
A: No you can't replace the battery I use mine for work so I'm on it from 8am til 9pm and it holds its charges very well. I plug in overnight and it's ready to go in the morning. The last one I had lasted 3 years. I pulled too hard on the recoil for the ear piece and pulled the wire. I ruined it otherwise I would still be using that one. They last for at least 3 years.
